These people are unbelievably helpful.  I called their after hours as my plant was down and I needed a special chain.  We read the name off the chain, checked the internet and called.  I sent them a picture to Tsubaki Canada and within 2 hours I have the chain on the way being air freighted from the US.  In all my years of industry I've never experienced a group that was so helpful and knowledgeable - especially after hours.  Clearly a different kind of company.
