Wow, what a treat! We were in the area for some shopping and noticed a restaurant change. The advertisement said with a "twist" and I wanted to understand that better. Chicago Pizza has so many flavor offerings its amazing. We ordered original wings, just wings - no sauce, and cheese bread and our favorite pizza but asked for it Chicago Style. Every dish was delicious and flavorful. There is an Indian flair to the restaurant with videos playing in the background and you find yourself humming the tunes by the end.of the meal. I can't wait to come back for more. The staff were very friendly! Enjoy!

This was my first time coming here and our group had a great experience. I never thought about combining Indian food and pizza but this was a great mix. The prices were fair, the portions were great, and the service was overall positive. I gave four stars because they forgot a part of our order and we didn't realize until we were leaving. . Disappointment - Cheap mindset.

As a long-standing customer of over ten years, I'm saddened to say that my journey with [Restaurant Name] is coming to an end. While the food remains excellent, the service has deteriorated significantly to a point where it's practically non-existent.

Given the restaurant's premium price point of around $40 per person, I expect a certain level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing:

Forced Upselling:
The removal of the water/soda dispenser and the subsequent push to sell bottled beverages feels like a cheap tactic to increase revenue.

Limited Customization:
The inability to replace a pizza topping, even when adding a new one incurs an extra charge, is both frustrating and indicative of a lack of customer focus.

Inaccurate Menus:
The persistent discrepancy between the menu prices and the charges on the bill is a clear sign of carelessness and lack of professionalism.

Overpricing and Cheap Tactics:
The restaurant's increasing prices seem to be out of line with the value it provides, and the use of cheap tactics like those mentioned above is further eroding my goodwill.

While the food and service were once reasons to return, I can no longer justify supporting a business that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

The pizza tasted like it was topped with fresh ingredients... but for some reason they didn't really blend too well together. The chicken was undercooked and the pizza just wasn't very flavorful. We ordered the butter chicken pizza thinking it would be a nice, mild flavor for a toddler to enjoy, and we were surprised to find green chili peppers in it! The other funny thing about this place is that it's not Chicago style pizza at all. Their "deep dish" is hardly any deeper than a regular pan pizza, if even that. Not to mention it's topped like a regular pizza. No sauce over cheese action here. Maybe that was the "twist" all along?
Either way, I enjoyed my meal but nothing here to make me want to go back again.
