Very nice hotel! The staff is super friendly.

The location could not be better. Right next to the beach. The fact it's in the back street is a plus in my opinion. In the end it's a bit quiet at night as compared to the main street.

Wonderful visit. The Hotel is a 4-star Hotel with 5-star hotel service. Everybody in the staff team was great. I came across Diego a couple of times, very kind and was making sure that my pregnant wife got everything she need to feel good.

The price is right for the hotel. I would come back.

Good location- one street from main Copacabana drag but the hotel feels more like a hostal. Not suitable for business trips nor families. The hotel and rooms are extremely outdated. There is no sound proofing so you can hear the elevator all night and the aircon which seems to only have one speed and temperature is very noisy. The decor is dark and feels very outdated. The bathrooms are in need of a reform and better lighting. Most worryingly- the terrace doors do not lock nor did they shut properly so could smell smoke if the neighbours smoked on their terrace and on windy days could feel the wind come in. Although I was on the 16th floor I could hear the street and neighbours clearly. I did ask they fix the terrace doors to no avail. They obviously need to change them completely.
No water: tea/ coffee available in room. Quite shocked that no complimentary water is offered. Wifi was not reliable either. You didn’t need your key to use elevator so I wondered about security.
No proper common areas to sit in/ even around lobby for coffee apart for a rather dark uninviting breakfast room. The pool area is extremely small and gets full quickly as has just a few sunbeds and tables.
The staff are all very helpful and nice but unable to check you out early (we were leaving 4am) and the process is tedious.

Just been for 6 nights and great hotel. The staff are fantastic and super helpful. The location is one street back from Copacabana beach so great location. Lovely rooftop bar and pool.

The only thing for me is I found the bed a bit hard for my liking but that could be me. Maybe a bit more furniture in the room would be nice too.

The hotel is very old and outdated. In order to have air in the room you have to listen to a loud fan noise that only goes away if you turn your air off. The shower has mold on the shower walls and shower head. I also was provided two different reservations because they initially told me the first night I needed was not available. I emailed them and asked for the additional night and they somehow were able to send me a link to book the room. I was told I would get early check in and that they would merge my reservations so I wouldn’t have to check out a room and wait. I arrived today at 9am and wasn’t provided a room until 2pm. Upon being granted a room it’s the most outdated room I’ve ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Windsor Palace needs a complete make over. I’m trying to check out but they won’t even give me a refund after I told them about the old room, loud noise from the AC and extremely loud hallway noise. I even asked for a corporate customer service number or email and was told they don’t have one. I’ll never be back and definitely won’t recommend. Overall I would say this is a 2 star maybe 3 star hotel. It’s far from a 4 star. They may be putting up fake reviews or paying people but it’s terrible.
