We booked the 10 course dinner and had an amazing experience! It was the best Wagyu we have ever eaten in our entire life! 100% recommendation!

The worst dining experience in Japan. My friends and I have been to a lot of different places to eat in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, this restaurant is the rudest and the worst. You should be ashamed. The restaurant forgot our dinner reservation at first, so we have to wait for 40 minutes to have our first dish. We booked the most expensive set which is 22000 Japanese yen. This is definitely a high-end price in Japan and qualified service is expected. The waitress and the chef showed no signs of friendliness and apology for the time that we had to wait. And the chef showed no professionalism as he dropped the spatula and plates multiple times. Even more, he dropped our food (the wagyu beef) in the sink next to the teppan and continued to serve us with the beef.

We had reservation at 6:30pm, meal started at 7:10. There is only one chef serving the whole restaurant, so the whole process went slow as hell, literally. The experience for this price is so
not worth it, period.
