Horrible experience. Hotel management have no care or compassion for guests. We experienced a serious medical issue meaning we had to cancel our holiday. We provided good notice and a medical letter but the hotel continued to ignore us. They offered no solution. They would not even allocate a partial voucher for a future stay. They took all our money and were unhelpful. Other hotels, airlines and trips we had booked during our holiday provided full refunds. Nothing from Sareeraya villas & suites. No support, no offer to return. Terrible.

On the way to the resort, you could see it was situated in the nicest part of Koh Samui and super close to markets and the main street with many things available to you, no need to get taxi anywhere.
The moment you walk in, it was absolutely beautiful and located directly on beach, the security guard was so nice and friendly, followed by the amazing reception staff.
The rooms where absolutely beautiful and have everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably. The breakfast is great and the lady that makes the coffee is the best 👌
The cocktails from the pool bar are super good and the seating on beach was so so relaxing not to mention how amazing and quiet the beach was to swim in. They made our honeymoon special 💕

The rooms are large and airy,  the staff were amazing, very helpful   only thing we didn't like was that it says pool villa but its actually a plunge pool not a swimming pool . We used the beach mostly and sunbathed in the late afternoon at our plungepool.

Very lovely hotel.

Staff are excellent, super friendly and great attention. Cannot compliment them enough.

The rooms are excellent, very clean and tidy. We were in a room on the 3rd floor with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Super amazing!

The bed was brilliant quality!

There are wall plugs beside the bed, they are Thai only (some hotels have international converters built into the wall plugs) so you will need a converter.

Beach and pool are lovely!

The main road is very close to the hotel so you can hear the cars very clearly which is a bit annoying when loud trucks or motorbikes drive past.

Excellent overall. Would 100% stay again.
