The room was very old and with no shampoo, although clean and comfortable. The location is conveniently along the road that leads to the mountain pass. The food was good, but what completely ruined the experience was the service! The waitress was nice, but the man who took the order and made us pay at the restaurant was very rude and unhelpful. After a very long day travelling, we just needed some basic kindness and assistance, and he was unable to deliver the minimum standard required in the hospitality sector. We won’t come back and we do not recommend this place.

This is my idea of a rustic Austrian hotel. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Came with car this time, but a lot of facilities for motorcyclists, might come back with mine some day…
