We stayed 4 nights and had a fabulous time.

The food is amazing! We had breakfast every day, lunch and dinner once (respectively).

The service is top notch and you truly feel like this is a home vs a hotel. Every night Trina (spelling) made us feel like the lounge was OUR living room. We will miss her!

Transport from the train and to/from the slopes was seamless with their driver/shuttle. We were there during a slower time so it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Prepare for longer waits if it’s a busy time.

The food is so good here you might feel guilty for wanting to eat every meal at your hotel!

The rooms are nicely updated but with the classic Austrian farm house architecture.

We never met the overall hotel manager but if we had we would have complimented them on the entire team from house keeping, to front desk, servers and of course our bartender!

This is an excellent choice when wanting to relax and get way from some of the more pretentious choices in Kitzbhul.

Warning US travelers…spa area is co ed. You may run into a naked opposite sex when using the sauna. I guess that’s ok in Europe but was a bit of a surprise for me! It’s a great story tell….

We stayed at the Tennerhof for several days during our honeymoon this December. We can't say enough good things about this property. Full of warmth, charm, and history, we received the best service and were extremely well taken care of. We stayed in the Franz Josef suite that had the postcard perfect view over Kitzbuhel and a warm fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Do not skip the breakfast - what an incredible spread. If you want to stay somewhere that has all the luxuries of a five star hotel but the character of a bed and breakfast, this place is for you. Many thanks to Marianna and Mia for all their help. We look forward to our next visit.

The breakfast on the sun terrace with wide  view over Kitzbühel and surrounding mountains was marvelous. The best and highest quality selection of regional foods and drinks, European style. You really shouldn't miss it. The entire hotel, it's garden and Spa area with heated seats and outdoor pool invite for relaxation and freeing your mind. Special Thanks to the Tennerhof staff for the great service. The five stars are more than deserved.

We just left the Tennerhof this morning, and I already miss it! This place is fantastic.

The service is beyond top notch. The food is wonderful. We ate many of our meals right there because not only was the food excellent, the service was incredible.

Thanks to Katerina and Francesca for their excellent recommendations and care at breakfast & lunch.

The spa is lovely - and almost always empty. They were able to accommodate me for a massage and a facial like it was no problem the day I arrived.

In fact, everything at Tennerhof is "no problem".

You will NOT be disappointed in the Tennerhof, unless you're LOOKING for a large, faceless, nameless hotel where every room has the same boring furniture.

From arrival to departure, you can't believe how well you'll be taken care of.

Tennerhof is simply incredible -- from the service to the breakfast to the hotel spa. We stayed as a group of friends in the chalet and in rooms in the hotel, and both experiences were fantastic. The chalet was huge with ample space for five of us, a fireplace, private sauna and an incredible view of the town from its wrap-around private balcony. The hotel staff were the most gracious, welcoming and helpful I've ever experienced. We had an issue arise with one of the ski rental shops in town and they managed to sort it out entirely for us (even though we didn't ask and it wasn't their responsibility). Their shuttle drivers were so kind and provided easy service to town. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kitzbuhel - I hope to go back very soon. Thank you Tennerhof for everything!

Den överlägset mest hemskaste restaurangupplevelsen någonsin. Jag bokade för att fira min mammas födelsedag för 6 personer. Några dagar före evenemanget fick jag höra att jag skulle behöva välja en enhetlig meny för mina gäster. Det viktigaste var antingen hummer eller amerikansk nötkött, och jag förklarade dem om och om igen att vissa medlemmar i mitt parti är allergiska mot skaldjur, medan andra helt enkelt inte äter nötkött (varken ett mycket hälsosamt eller miljövänligt menyval ändå). Men restaurangen insisterade på en "einheithliche Menueauswahl" - en enhetlig meny. Vi hade haft för eller fem tillbaka - och vidarebefordra e-postmeddelanden om detta, men de fortsatte att insistera på sin einheithliche Menueauswahl ... Österrikes har inte nödvändigtvis ett rykte för att vara vänlig, men restaurangen var bortom oförskämd. Hemsk plats! Uppenbarligen hamnade vi till en annan plats (med vänlig service och utmärkt mat) ... Och ingen "einheithliche Menueauswahl"

Vi behandlade oss till middag här för vår bröllopsdag. Flera kurser, gjort mer flera av amuse bouche, petits fours, etc. etc. Glad att vi bara valde 4 kurser! Fantastiska provsmakning, innovativ och vackert presenterad mat. Fantastisk och vänlig service med extra uppmärksamhet och gratis champagne för våra årsdagen. Läckra och ovanliga matchande viner. En riktig behandling för ett speciellt tillfälle!

Vi har haft 2 utmärkta frukostar medan vi stannade i Tennerhof hotel. De serverar en rik ekologisk matbuffé och kan förbereda en bred variation av ägg. Vi försökte det till middag och bestämde oss för att komma tillbaka till en andra middag på terrassen som erbjuder en vacker utsikt över de omgivande bergen. Tjänsten är felfri, personal super vänliga och mat raffinerade. De erbjuder en daglig meny men tillåter också val från lunchmenyn. Vi åtnjöt särskilt: bläckfisk sallad, wiener schnitzel (bakad och stekt), anka bröst och kantareller pasta.

Vi var på detta restaurang under vår vistelse i den hotel och vi är redan försvunna sin enastående mat! Jag skulle säga att det var en av de bästa måltiderna vi har haft!

Allt var utsökt. Vi gick med ett par av vänner och vi sitter i utanför den se var bra. Även den atmosfär var så bra. Servicen var vänlig och vänlig. De serverar en massa saker som en gratis gillar förrätter och desserter och maten var riktigt bra. Så jag kan easly föreslå detta ställe om du vill äta en god middag och spendera en joyfull natt med några vänner.

När jag bokade hotellet och även när vi anlände jag inte var medveten om att de har Österrike's årets kock 2015!!! Wow var vi överraskad! Lite irriterande var att menyn hade inga priser. ..Helt klart en indikation att vi kommer att ha en dyr middag. Inte desto mindre, maten var enastående och defineteley i den "star" område. Servicen var kompetent och vänlig vi hade en fantastisk tid och skulle rekommenderar att besöka denna restaurang.

Det är alltid en utmaning att hitta ett bra ställe men vårt hotell manager rekommenderade detta unika restaurang och vi kan önska sig en bättre plats för ganska födelsedagsmiddag! Mycket mysig restaurang, kändes bra särskilt efter skidåkning hela dagen. Otroligt god mat, fantastisk atmosfär, fantastisk kundservice. Rekommenderas starkt.

Vi hade en 10 rätters middag och det var fantastiskt. Servicen var vänlig och jag gillade varje rätt. Den omgivande är varmt och mysigt Underbar som vi hade förväntat oss.

Som en del av den otroliga chateau, kocken restaurangen erbjuder utsökt mat i romantisk miljö, allt serveras i stil och perfekt design.

Vi njöt av julbord strax efter vår ankomst på hotellet. Du har ett val av formell middag varje kväll, halvpension som är ett populärt sätt att äta i Österrike eller rumsservice. Personalen är artig och effektiv och professionell.

Vi bodde nyligen på Hotel Tennerhof och en del av anledningen till vår vistelse var att äta i restaurangen. Matsalen har en härlig atmosfär som passar mycket väl med den höga kvaliteten på den service och kvalitet på maten. Bra vinlista och kunnig vin servitör, vilket var bra eftersom vi inte får testa många österrikiska viner vilket är synd eftersom vissa är väldigt bra. Avsmakningsmeny var mycket bra med rimliga portioner och underbara smaker. Sammantaget en utmärkt à la carte upplevelse.

Eleganta à la carte. Detta var en höjdpunkt under vår resa. Lugnt och vackert inredda matsalen. Oklanderlig service. Hade en underbar måltid med våra 3 barn, åldrar 8,8 och 10. Bekvämt för alla. Vuxna försökte 4 rätters måltid. Det var perfekt på alla sätt, om än lite för mycket mat för mig. Vi kommer att åka tillbaka i kväll. Ett sådant nöje!

Vi reste i två veckor genom Österrike, tillbringa det mesta av vår tid i Wien och Salzburg. Vi var lite slitna av traditionella österrikiska rätter. Restaurangen på Hotel Tennerhof presenterade österrikiska rätter tillsammans med en mer modern tappning. Vi älskade det.

Vi bor på hotellet. Vi har ätit en gång på deras a la carte-restaurang och maten, servicen och vin är av högsta kvalitet. Menyn är unika och maten lyckas fånga perfekt balans mellan enkelhet och storhet . Vi har bokat igen för två nätter under vår vistelse och vet att vi kommer inte att bli besviken!
