Wonderful hotel!

Very modern and flawless bedrooms — we had 2 rooms, and the one with the Garden view and access to the common balcony is just one love.

Amazing selection at the breakfast - lots of organic and local items, generous variety of food for those with intolerances.

Very hospitable and amazingly well-mannered staff everywhere - from reception to the restaurant, from housekeeping to the bar.

Great location - few steps from the metro, 2 stops from Opera. Very nice and tranquil neighborhood.

Design of the hotel is just impeccable — with lots of plants and mirrors!

I recently stayed at the HOTEL INDIGO Vienna Naschmarkt
and found the experience to be pleasant and comfortable, though there is room for improvement in certain areas.

Stylish and Comfortable Ambiance: The hotel's decor is modern and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Prime Location: Situated just a short walk from the metro station, the hotel offers excellent convenience for city exploration.

Thoughtful Gestures: I appreciated the complimentary Easter chocolate and bottled water provided during my stay.

Helpful Receptionist: The receptionist offered excellent recommendations for nearby rooftop venues, enhancing my visit.

Disliked:

Public Restroom Accessibility: When attempting to use the public restroom, a cleaning staff member informed us it was unavailable. It would be beneficial to schedule cleanings during less busy times and to use clear signage indicating when facilities are closed for cleaning.

Breakfast Service Delays: The preparation time for the recommended banana dish was excessively long, indicating a need for improved efficiency in the breakfast service.

Bar Service Issues: Despite the bar not being busy, there was a significant delay in receiving my order of cake and tea. Additionally, staff were not readily available, necessitating a visit to the reception to seek assistance.

Enhancing these service aspects would elevate the overall experience to align with the expectations of a 4-star establishment.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. Great staff and good food. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and clean. Other areas of the hotel are the same. I really like the style and abundance of plants in the lobby and breakfast area.

The receptionist recommended the club sandwich. At first I thought it would be nothing special, it is just a sandwich after all. When I tasted it, it was better than expected. They really put quality ingredients in there and took the time to make things perfect from the toastiness of the bread, crispiness of the vegetables, ans juiciness of the meat.

I stayed there around December so the price was double but I think if you get the regular price of around 100€, it is worth it. The breakfast was nice but I've had better.

It was a wonderful stay! Staff were amazing and super friendly, rooms were surprisingly spacious, beds comfortable, I like the idea that the toilet and shower are seperated.
The decoration of the hotel is very nice and every single detail is thought of
Breakfast was a real delight, we enjoyed it and it was a nice start of our day.
The only issue is the hotel is a little far from the center, about 25 minute walk, but it's very close to the market

Fantastic hotel, what a gem! This hotel is so beautiful and a lovely vibe with all the plants.
Rooms were spotless and so modern.
The shower was incredible and bed was super comfy.

Staff were all lovely too, especially the kind bar staff.

Great location too, you’re only a 10 min walk from the main streets in Vienna.

Would highly recommend.
