We had a wonderful experience at The Emblem Prague Hotel. From check-in to check out, our stay was excellent. All the staff are friendly and willing to assist however they can. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has excellent facilities. The location is fantastic, 1 minute walk to the clock tower and about 6 minutes to the Charles Bridge. Would not hesitate to stay here again while in Prague.

Our recent stay at The Emblem surpassed all of our exceptions. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel was perfectly located, a 2 minute walk to Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and main square. The Emblem was clean to being immaculate, the rooms were luxuriously decorated with beautifully comfy beds and amazingly quiet. The staff however were the heart of this hotel, they were professional, friendly and amazingly helpful , nothing was to much trouble but special mention has to go to Josef the concierge, without his help, advice and suggestions, we really wouldn't have seen as much of beautiful Prague as we did. Josef made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in and we left feeling like we were old friends,  he truly made our break away as memorable as it could be. Having just been voted best boutique Hotel 2024 it is easy to see why. When I next visit Prague there is no question where I will stay.

Biggest Scam! Absolutely avoid this hotel – Unethical and Disrespectful. I had a room booked at the Emblem for our family to spend Christmas in Prague. An emergency came up and we had to cancel our reservation, which we did well within the stated cancellation window. Despite that, they charged me the full amount of 3,200 EUR — that's huge considering we didn't stay at the hotel.

When I tried to resolve this, I dealt with Nora and Katarina, who made the situation even worse. They were disrespectful, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing the issue. Very condescending! I even suggested that they charge me for 1 or 2 nights as a "penalty" (even though it is within my right to get a full refund). They did not agree to that. Instead, they still charged me the full amount and likely sold my room to someone else and double up on their profit.

The Emblem clearly operates on unethical practices, prioritizing their bottom line over basic customer rights. If you value your money and dignity, stay far away from this place.

Oh, one more thing... I even requested a credit towards a future stay as an alternative, because we definitely want to go back to Prague, and even this request was denied. We've traveled to over 40 countries, and this was **BY FAR** the worst hotel experience.

The only reason this hotel earns any stars is its central location and the manager’s effort to partially redeem a terrible breakfast experience by waiving the charge. Otherwise, the hotel is old and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in had a terrible odor, forcing us to keep the windows open day and night to air it out. It smelled of stale body odor, as if it hadn’t been ventilated in a long time.

The gym is tiny and almost unusable, and the spa amenities are extremely minimal. The worst part of the stay, however, was the breakfast. The buffet was sparse and disappointing, yet they charged an astonishing 35 euros per person. While this included one entrée, you could easily find a better, more reasonably priced breakfast at numerous restaurants or cafés nearby.

The restaurant manager’s behavior was even more appalling. Shortly after removing our plates—while we were still drinking our coffee—she approached us with the card reader in hand and asked, “Can you pay now?” This was surprising and unprofessional, especially since they knew we were hotel guests; we had checked in upon arrival. I agreed to charge it to the room, but when I gave her the name of our suite (which doesn’t have a number), she demanded the room number, becoming increasingly impatient. I clarified again that it was a suite name, not a number, but she made us feel rushed and unwelcome. After paying, she returned, insisting she “needed to explain” why she asked for the room number and accused me of raising my voice, which I hadn’t done. I finally asked if she intended to continue ruining our breakfast.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel manager did apologize and covered the breakfast charge, but it didn’t make up for the experience. We stayed here based on a recommendation from someone who visited years ago, but it’s clear the hotel has gone downhill.

I loved it since the first minute. Remembered that we made a trip to Europe, so we stayed in a lot of hotels but nothing compared to this. Their design and colors are amazing, i loved the art in our floor which is one piece of their collection i believe. This project is to be inspired of. 🫶🏻
