The food was outstanding—both creative and flavorful. For me, the highlights were the sweetbreads and the steak tartare. Given that it's in Bordeaux, I had anticipated a broader selection of local wines by the glass, though perhaps that's not the focus here. As for the service, my wine order was forgotten, which is something I haven't experienced in quite some time. Nevertheless, this place has great potential and is an excellent spot overall.

Amazing and creative food. Very well presented and I like the risks they take choosing different ingredients. Their cocktails were very well selected too, they know what they are doing. Very affordable price for the high quality and standards that they deliver. Highly recommended this place.

Excellent chef. Creative plates. We were grateful to have the menu on the phone to try to figure out what we were eating.

The Erika cocktail was exceptional. I've Never tasted anything like that.

The (red) wine was served too cold and the list was disappointing considering the food quality.

The speakeasy in the back is a joke. The grandfather clock just blocks the sight from the street and somewhat separates the dining area from the bar.

We recently dined at Symbiose in Bordeaux and had an amazing experience. The meal was a 10/10, with the shared antipasto platter being a standout. Every item was local and fresh, leaving us very satisfied. Both our mains and desserts were enjoyed. This restaurant is definitely one of the best, with their magnificent cocktails adding to the experience. For warmer months, I would highly recommend sitting outside, although the inside is also beautiful.

This places has amazing food! Great taste and feels very fresh and local, well balanced and feels very healthy.
