Wow, what an interior!! As soon as you enter, you are immediately impressed. You receive a warm welcome. On the way to the restaurant, you pass by the bar and the breakfast area, and everything is beautifully decorated. The dining area also looks stunning. The waitresses' outfits are coordinated with the interior design. You can really tell that everything has been thoughtfully considered.

For children, they had different food options available, such as pasta, nuggets, or fish. When the kids wanted an extra gazpacho, it was no problem. The food was ok, as you would expect from a bistro. Not outstanding, but fine. For our dishes at this moment, not necessarily worthy of a Bib Gourmand classification (diner). The desserts were very tasty and presented nicely!

The waitress was very friendly, but she seemed to be very busy. Refilling water, olive oil, and wine took quite some time and was really delayed. All in all, the experience was positive.

Logé au Couvent des Minimes, ce restaurant nous offre une étape de bien-être visuel, et gustatif. Pamparigouste est un mélange subtil de chic et de sobriété. Pour ceux qui aiment la nature, la terrasse est ombragée. Des arbres, un arbre magnifique orné de filaments de lumière et ses lanternes, accueille les visiteurs. Nous avons  stationnés au parking du SPA mais nous aurions pu tout aussi bien être plus proche. Les accès par les Restanques sont sublimes.
Nous avons appréciés la salle discrètement ventilée. Côté saveurs, nous avons retenu le menu et ce fut délicieux. Entrée exceptionnelle, plat de viande accordé à mes goûts. Une finale sur une Tropézienne  re-visitée  par le chef.

Housed at the Couvent des Minimes, this restaurant offers us a stopover of visual and gustatory well-being. Pamparigouste is a subtle blend of chic and sobriety. For those who love nature, the terrace is shaded. Trees, a magnificent tree decorated with filaments of light and its lanterns, welcomes visitors. We parked in the SPA parking lot but we could have just as easily been closer. The access via the Restanques is sublime.
We appreciated the discreetly ventilated room. Flavor-wise, we stuck to the menu and it was delicious. Exceptional starter, meat dish suited to my tastes. A finale on a Tropézienne re-visited by the chef.

Après une matinée passée au Spa L’Occitane, nous avons choisi de déjeuner sur place au Pamparigouste.
Nous avons déjeuné à deux et nous avons toutes les deux beaucoup aimé le cadre somptueux des lieux ainsi que la qualité de la rénovation. L’agence d’architectes a fait, avec évidemment les artisans, un travail remarquable. Nous avons joué les curieuses et visité la partie hôtel rapidement après le déjeuner et l’ensemble du site est magnifique.

Pour en revenir au repas, nous avons opté pour la formule déjeuner à 38€ (hors eau) et nous avons trouvé que la composition du menu était très équilibrée. Les textures se mariaient bien ainsi que les saveurs.

Après un vol en montgolfière à 5h30 du matin et ensuite le reste de la matinée passé au Spa, nous sommes arrivées affamées au restaurant.
Nous avons trouvé que l’entrée/plat/dessert et le pain (excellent et préparé sur place) nous ont parfaitement rassasiées.

Le service était rapide, efficace, et les plats bien présentés. La salle était calme et fraîche ce qui était très appréciable surtout avec la chaleur extérieure caniculaire.
J’ai en revanche trouvé que le dossier de la chaise en bois était assez inconfortable car pas suffisamment incliné en arrière. Pour une position plus décontractée entre les plats, je n’étais pas très à l’aise. D’autres assises du restaurant semblaient bien plus confortables avec des coussins.
La table ronde était suffisamment grande pour être confortable à deux.
Le couteau pour l’entrée avait eu beaucoup de mal à couper les morceaux de poireau. D’une manière générale, la prise en main des couverts est agréable.

Nous avons convenu que nous reviendrons avec certitude. Nous recommanderons aussi le Pamparigouste sans problème.

After a morning spent at Spa L’Occitane, we chose to have lunch there at Pamparigouste.
We had lunch as a couple and we both really liked the sumptuous setting of the place as well as the quality of the renovation. The architectural agency did, obviously with the craftsmen, a remarkable job. We played curious and visited the hotel part quickly after lunch and the whole site is magnificent.

Coming back to the meal, we opted for the lunch formula at €38 (excluding water) and we found that the composition of the menu was very balanced. The textures blended well as did the flavors.

After a hot air balloon flight at 5:30 a.m. and then spending the rest of the morning at the Spa, we arrived at the restaurant hungry.
We found that the starter/main course/dessert and the bread (excellent and prepared on site) perfectly satisfied us.

The service was quick, efficient, and the dishes well presented. The room was calm and cool, which was very welcome, especially with the scorching heat outside.
However, I found that the back of the wooden chair was quite uncomfortable because it was not tilted back sufficiently. For a more relaxed position between dishes, I wasn't very comfortable. Other seats in the restaurant seemed much more comfortable with cushions.
The round table was large enough to be comfortable for two people.
The knife for the starter had a lot of difficulty cutting the pieces of leek. Generally speaking, the cutlery is pleasant to hold.

We agreed that we will definitely return. We would also recommend the Pamparigouste without any problem.

Très bon dîner lors de notre séjour.

Les entrées et les plats étaient tous très bons.

Pour les fromages, dommage qu'un seul d'entre eux soit mis à l'honneur. D'ailleurs ce n'était pas forcément celui que je préfère.

J'ai donc passé mon tour et préféré un dessert.

Le service a été attentif et apprécié.

The starters and main courses were all very good.

As for the cheeses, it's a shame that only one of them is in the spotlight. Besides, it wasn't necessarily my favorite.

So I passed my turn and preferred a dessert.

The service was attentive and appreciated.
