Such a special place, we were blown away. Beautiful food! Such care and attention to each dish and incredible depth of flavour. The tuna was well worth it and would recommend as an add on. Lots of great sake and I had a peach cocktail which was delicious. We were lucky to get counter seats and see the food being prepped and played. Staff were so lovely and service was top notch. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an incredible experience at Fuku Ramen! The service was truly outstanding – the staff was not only helpful but also exceptionally caring, kind, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The sake selection was impressive, and since I had never tried sake before, I appreciated the thoughtful guidance from the staff. He helped me choose the perfect option to complement the menu and introduce me to the drink.

The atmosphere at Fuku Ramen is cozy, inviting, and warm, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable.

As for the food, the chef's menu was absolutely divine. Every dish was a masterpiece – delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that a lot of care and creativity goes into the preparation of their dishes. The depth of the broth was incredible.

We can’t recommend Fuku Ramen enough! Whether you like japanese food or just looking for an amazing dining experience, this is the place to go.

Food is the standout. We went for the course menu during the week. Every course is different and cooked to perfection, the grilled sea bass was one of the best I’ve tried; however, the ramen was my personal favorite. The broth that night was made from 5 different soy sauces, so it was very delicate. The pork was tender and delicious, and the egg and noodles were cooked perfectly. Service was just a tad slow between courses but it was still a perfect night.

Super chill and friendly staff, helped us with our choice of sake (which we were very happy with). Very nice owner as well, who chatted with us about founding the restaurant. The concept also just works really well: small and creative dishes around a main dish consisting of a big bowl of ramen. Everything was delicious - my fave was either the turbot or the mackerel. Good deserts too. Only point of improvement is the chairs, which I personally found rather uncomfortable.

Really nice place that serves only a 6/7 course set menu. The interior is well thought out. There’s a large variety of sake, though we didn’t go there to try it. The ramen was excellent: a delicious bouillon made from three meats, with two types of meat (duck and pork) and great noodles. The starter with scallop and the second starter of cured shrimp were of a high standard. However, it was disappointing that they served two cold desserts: Japanese ice and ice cream. Having a warm dessert instead of the ice would have been much better.
*Update after the comment from the restaurant: my complaint wasn’t mainly about ice cream, but the pre-desert/desert of the ice. Is it something you can substitute?
