The pistachio bun was the best I had in Amsterdam! The pistachio cream inside wasn't too sweet like typical pistachio creams, and its texture was so rich that it reminded me of pistachio croissants in Italy. The bun itself was incredibly soft, light, and fluffy. I highly, highly recommend this place if you like pistachio pastries!

After trying their pistachio, I also got their cinnamon bun to try. It was good, but for my taste, it wasn't as rich as I expected. So, next time I'll stick with their pistachio and probably try other buns because they all looked so good!

I was here Friday afternoon and no one was there. Saturday morning I went by and there was a line. I paid 9€ for 2 snails. The pistachio one was very good but too salty and the cinnamon one was not so good. It was good, but too overrated for me. There are better bakeries in Amsterdam.

This is a brand new bun bakery in Amsterdam, they just opened 3 weeks ago. I tasted the pistachio one, which was epic! Very fresh, not so sweet, crunchy, flaky, because the buns are made with croissant dough. So the buttery taste elevate the entire buns. I can highly recommend to try it. It is quite pricey though, but once in a while it is totally worth it.

I tried the cheesecake croissant, and while it was fine, it wasn’t anything special. I appreciate that the shop experiments with new items, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff working on Saturday, November 16th, were unprofessional and smug, joking around and making fun of customers while people were trying to place their orders. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.

To the management: Please ensure that your staff maintains professionalism at all times. The current team does not reflect well on your establishment.
