I tried the Neapolitan pizza at Centrale Pizza, and it was really good. The flavor was excellent, but I felt it was missing a little something to make it perfectly crispy. Still, if you enjoy traditional Neapolitan pizza, you’ll definitely enjoy it. I’ll gladly return and hopefully it’ll be even better next time!

Nice pizzeria in the city. The queue is quite long but it worth to wait. So it is not coincidence why the queue is so long, it is just because the pizza is delicious! Once we got our order and I started to love chewing the pizza. The sauce was amazing and one of the best neopolitan pizza, I have ever tasted. Highly recommended place

Unfortunately, while it adhered to the traditional Neapolitan preparation methods, the quality of the ingredients and the overall taste didn't met my expectations.

Despite this, the service was impressively fast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated not having to wait long; my pizza was prepared and served in no time.

Overall, it was a convenient choice for a quick meal, but the culinary experience could have been better with higher-quality ingredients.

Pizza is amazing. I love that you can get half a pizza. The dough was very fluffy and all the pizzas were tasty. We tried 4 of them.
