Great location but poor service.

No one to took the luggage at the time of check in and the restaurant people were a bit uncooperative to warm bread.

Rooms are compact and doesn’t have the kempenski standard

Breakfast spread was also slightly limited.

But proximity to the hermitage museum

It was a great stay at Grand Hotel Moika  …. with great reception service, smooth chick-in, welcoming staff and very friendly… the breakfast menu is good… the room is nice and comfy… the full experience where awesome overall.. highly recommended … the location is one great things to highlight as well, special thanks to all the staff who greet guests on the street.

Great hotel, very friendly and efficient staff. The service was great in all aspects.
Location is amazing and just minutes from the Hermitage.
Breakfast is very good and champagne is included.
Relaxation/spa area is small and only really has a sauna. Jacuzzi wasn’t working.
Gym was better than expected. Bit weird having the massage/relaxation area next to the gym. If spa facilities are important for you I’d choose a different hotel.
However, due to the great staff, location of hotel and lovely breakfast would still recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

The luxury hotel offers a beautiful view of the river. The rooms are in good condition but I've been to the best. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and all of them are not very expensive. I would also like to recommend a place which is located next to the ship-restaurant Dutchman. The place there is very beautiful and cheaper than the Dutchman. The restaurant is executed in native Russian style and with the real Russian cuisine. Very nice place and very tasty. Called Mari Vanna. If you go there be sure to ask for a table at the window the view there is stunning.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the Hermitage and most other major tourist attractions. A very classy lobby along with friendly staff. Though the rooms are of a medium size they have a lavish and well thought out menu for healthy and unhealthy eaters. Would highly recommend if you ever are in St Petersburg.
