Wow! The variety of landscapes within this park are impressive - forest, desert, black volcano, sand looking, and view above the cloud line are spectacular. It’s easily accessible via car rental or tours, though a car gives you more freedom to see the landscapes across the park.

There are multiple pulls offs from the road to get good views and photos.

Few food and petrol options so plan ahead.

We didn’t do much walking but felt lots of opportunities to see via the main road.

There is not a more beautiful place on the planet, at least that I’ve experienced. The inverse of Hawaii, this volcanic desert archipelago feels like being on Mars. The sheer amount of geological diversity is legitimately mind blowing. Tenerife is easily the most impressive place I have ever visited and this is the crown jewel of the island.

It's hard to find a place on the island without a view of the volcano and its dominance undoubtedly creates a unique landscape of the island.

Be sure to plan a trip to Teide National Park, you will find yourself in an absolutely fantastic place with landscapes truly from other planets. El Teide and surrounding areas.

What an amazing place!! Parque Nacional del Teide has breathtaking views and very varied biosphere. From volcanic rocks and formations to plant and trees averything is just beautiful and awe inspiring. Definite Must when visiting the island.
