This has become one of our favourite luxury hotels. The hotel is very new and the room is lovely - the shower is phenomenal. Oscar from the front desk was exceptional. He really made the stay memorable for us with his attentiveness. He selected a room with an amazing view and was so friendly throughout our stay.

fantastic hotel with some truly outstanding features. The rooms are absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, modern, clean, and super functional. They strike the perfect balance between minimalism and luxury. The minibar is a standout—it’s not your typical mini fridge; it’s like having a fully stocked bar in your room, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable.

The location couldn’t be better. You’re right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.

That said, there are a couple of areas where the hotel fell short for me. The concierge service didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the rest of the team. Also, the lack of a pool was disappointing, and while the gym is well-equipped, its underground setting felt a little claustrophobic. Plus, there’s no spa, which I think is a missed opportunity for a hotel of this caliber.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, everything was beyond perfect, from the friendliness of every single one working there to the professionalism and the smoothness of everything i need to be helped with.

The rooms are spacious and well kept, the service is very quick, the greetings and smiles are every where.

Jw Marriott Madrid, you are doing an amazing job. I’ve been to many top rated hotels around the world and this one is the best by all means.

Extremely well located and lovely staff! The rooms are spacious and very well designed.

Decent breakfast buffet with eggs and pancakes on order but I wish it had more juice options: only orange, detox, melon & watermelon, bit too sweet for me.

I have just stayed for 3 nights at JW Marriott in Madrid. My entire stay was so enjoyable from arrival to departure. All the staff at the hotel are so welcoming and doing everything possible to help and accommodate our need from arranging taxis, recommend restaurants and making dinner reservation..... Micaela is Top of  hospitality and customer service. The location is fantastic in the centre of Madrid. The room is so spacious, comfortable, clean and well decorated with lots of attention to details. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to Madrid
