This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The reality of this hotel is miles away from what is promised online. The entire place is in an unacceptable condition, and the lack of care and attention to detail is glaring. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are not priorities here.

The staff were indifferent at best and outright dismissive at worst. Any attempt to address issues was met with unhelpful responses and a lack of accountability. The overall environment was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and far below even basic standards.

For the price charged, I expected at least a minimum level of quality, but this hotel failed on every front. I strongly urge others to stay away from this place and look elsewhere for accommodation. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Really the worst hotel if i been stayed.
The room was ice cold although the heater was on, no warm water for two days ( we couldn’t took a shower). Don’t let you influence from the webpage photos, the reality is the interior is very worn, muddy and smelling. In the night you can’t sleep, there is a lot of noise outside (windows without soundproofing). My conclusion, each hostal for 30€ per Night is better!!!!!!

The hotel is quite nice, clean and well located. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop quite nice for a drink. However, as I stayed over a week, I had to use the laundry services and got really disappointed. I sent two wool sweaters expecting they would respect the cleaning instructions- dry cleaning- but they were washed normally and shrunk completely, to a level that they looked like children’s clothes. I complained, but they said it was an external service and that they would supposedly wash them again and get them back to the normal size. Of course it did not work and I ended up losing the two (very expensive) sweaters. Frustrating, to say the least.

Here is review of my 3-day stay at Vincci Mercat:

1- The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Merina (or Maria). Their friendly and professional service was one of the highlights of my stay.
2- Unfortunately, hygiene standards were not adequately maintained during my visit. The towels in the bathroom were not replaced but were simply hung back up. Additionally, the bed sheets were not changed at all over my three-day stay, which was quite disappointing and did not meet the expected level of cleanliness.
3- I had to request several basic amenities that should have been included in the room, such as an iron and slippers. Having to make these requests was inconvenient and detracted from the overall comfort and ease of my stay.
4- The hotel’s location is excellent, but be prepared for the downside—it’s quite noisy due to the bustling area outside. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might want to bring earplugs! 😅

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean and kinda spacious. However, the shower was inconvenient : when taking a shower, water tended to get everywhere, and the clothes dryer was not working, making it hard to dry my beach clothes.
The breakfast was good, and the detox water at the reception was really nice !
