My Favorite Summer Spot🥞This is definitely a local jewel on your roadtrip to Österlen this summer! It’s authentic, with great service and impeccable galettes with vegetarian options. I strongly recommend “BÉARN” which is a galette with roast beef, bearnaise sauce, potatoes & salad. And as the cherry on top they serve fresh sparkling pear cider produced in Normandie, France. I would definitely drive from Stockholm to the small village of Vollsjö for the soul purpose of enjoying galettes and ciders from Byn Crêperie again! Bon appétit à tous!
