This is our 3rd Christmas meal at Black Salt. A group of 9 males attended. We all had different cuts of steak and each of us thoroughly enjoyed them. We had extra portions of garlic mushrooms. bread and cauliflower in batter. This all served promptly with our main course . We had deserts which we all enjoyed. Value for money is not an understatement.
Thanks to Carmella's staff once again amazing.
Recommend this place every time.

Black Salt has a great atmosphere. If you're expecting a quick, quiet meal you're in the wrong place. All of the members of staff are all delightful and love a conversation and feel like you're building a friendship. The ex owners and chef from Charleston’s. The food and drinks are good and reasonably priced. Service for the most part is prompt however we did have to remind some members of staff that we had ordered drinks. Overall, good experience and have been a few times. The steaks are always delicious!

Second time here tonight, this time for my mums birthday, 1st class service, the staff are amazing and the owner is the best, so so friendly and approachable 😊. The food is so beautiful it’s hard to fault. Very generous portions of fresh well prepared deliciousness. Was also able to park rite outside. Definitely our new favourite place to indulge in some beautiful food with an atmosphere to match 5⭐️

Had lunch here today and the food was absolutely fantastic. We  haven't stopped talking about how amazing it was all the way home. Enjoyed by all as you can see in the photos. We will definitely  be back and the owner and other waitress were so friendly and warm to the children.

Absolutely gutted about the experience we had as paying customers we turned up and got stood by the door for ten minutes and then got seated after that we ordered our drinks and then ordered our starters and mains for them to bring out my sister in laws mucles for her to eat two for them to run back to tell us they wasent our mucles to then for them to take the two empty shells off the plate and take the mucels to another table for some one else when they should of taken them back and made fresh for the other customer !! Then they brought out two 16oz ribeve and they was wrong for them to then bring out the correct sirloins for my partner and sister in law and brough out a tbone for my brother in law for them three to start eating I then sat there for a further 15 minutes for them to ask me what I had ordered when I ordered  a tbone the same as my brother in law to then wait a further 10 minutes for them to cook it for me while the rest of my family had eaten I was sat eating alone !! The owner was not apologetic whats so ever and her attitude was you liked the food and ate it so pay up cash or card !! I will not be going back there after that service I think she needs to some sort of lesson on how to run a business absolutely disgusting attitude towards her paying customers !!
