To be honest room was quite small, but with good view. It was cleaned every day, towels were changed too. Good location- 5 minutes from the city market, we were able to check in 2 hours faster. Monotonous breakfasts- only eggs. In double room there could be a second glass…

Location is a good start, if you have a car. Rooms are very small and very basic. Breakfast also on the frugal side of things. All over OK and clean, but not great.

Most disappointing hotel on our Panama trip. Very small and run down rooms without anything. No water cooker, no hairdryer, not even a chair or table to put your things on. Safe did also not work properly. Rooms not very clean and dusty. Sheet of my bed had a stain and the bed of my wife had ants. Staff absolutely disinterested and not friendly. They did nothing proactively (had to ask for wifi, had to ask for key safe, had to ask to exchange bed sheets). Breakfast has a weird atmosphere because the staff doesn‘t care.

Nice rooms...very clean.  Love the decoration of the hotel.  Breakfasts was abundant!!! And fast enough.  Everything is walking distance really...so its location is great.

Basic rooms and disinterested staff.
Upon checking in we were just handed the key, told what time breakfast was and were sent on our way, no offer of an explanation about the local area, things to do etc.
Also nobody came to make up our room while we were out for the day.
Our room (14) was a funny shape due to being on an angle which meant it had less usable space than other rooms so would avoid this one if you can. Toilet also didn’t work properly as water kept draining in to the bowl instead of filling up the tank.
Breakfast was basic and they use disposable plastic cutlery which just seems like an unnecessary waste.
Convenient location to walk into town however, on balance would stay somewhere else next time.
