Let me start by saying I LOVE firehouse subs BUT this experience has drastically changed how I feel ab them. So they had a deal 50% through the app, I ordered through the app for delivery - paid for my food instantly- waited a hour & 20 minutes just for them to cancel my order!! I call the physical location they say they won’t refund me so I ask will they remake it if I pick it up. At first they said yes then called back & said no! So I asked if I came in & ordered it could I still get the 50% deal they said no. So I ordered it through the app AGAIN -WITH NO REFUND ISSUED!- but was ineligible for the 50% because I guess it’s a one time deal & I obviously already used the deal the first time I ordered. So I get to location just for them not to have brownies I ordered- no big deal it’s whatever about that. I wasn’t compensated for my troubles in any way not even an apology for the inconvenience.. I get all the way home to find out THERES NO PICKLE IN THE BOXES!!!! It might sound petty but that’s one of the whole reasons we go to firehouse instead of other sub shops is for the pickle spear. We ordered combos with brownies. No brownies and no pickle spears. So we basically just got a sandwich & a flat drink. Not compensated in anyway. I know it won’t make a difference to them to lose me & mine as customers but it’s a sad day for us.

The firehouse on Airport Blvd has the worst customer service. I just made a doordash order and they canceled my order without telling me why. I’m very upset . I better have my refund back to my account I will be calling the manager tomorrow

Ordered through the app at 1:12, and it showed it would be ready at 1:25. Didn't get my food until almost 2. Made me late back to work.

Best hot sub sandwich around, I like the Hook and Ladder. It comes with turkey and ham. They have a fancy drink machine that lets you mix different flavors. Good value. Friendly staff. If you use their app, you get points towards free food. Firehouse gives back to the local community.

It is very hard to beat a Firehouse Sub.  Especially when it's free.  I used my reward points and received a free medium sub.  I paid for the combo drink and chips.  After rounding up to give to the Fire Fighter Charity  that Firehouse Subs support, it was only $4. Outstanding deal at the Mobile Alabama location on Airport Blvd.
