With the prices that people pay for your food, Do better Panera!! I always go get the berries fruit parfait from Panera on a WEEKLY basis and just so happen to get one yesterday while being in town. I order it, get home, and discover a half of a slimy banana was put in the middle of the yogurt. I call and apparently this is a recent change that Starbucks has made and no longer sell their parfait with blueberries and strawberries, Given they’ve recently made this change, you would think they communicate that to their customers, especially those that order it on a regular basis. If I had known, there’s no way I would’ve ordered a yogurt with a slimy banana in it. Honesty, there’s a large majority of people who actually don’t like banana!!! Luckily I do but that’s such a waste of money to charge someone $6 for this. I’ve been a loyal customer and they just lost my business.

Update: I went back, I was excited to try there new Italianio sub. It was very meh, definitely not great first impressions of the new menu. Service was great as always though Previous review: Great experience, I hadn’t been to this chain since I moved to the area; it was a good choice to go back for breakfast! The four cheese egg soufflé was just as remembered, the egg was soft and creamy with a perfectly crisp pastry. They have a serve your self for regular coffee, and an easy order yourself station along with the traditional counter! Very clean on the inside.

Order food on kiosk, order out within 5 min. Black pepper focaccia bread delicious! Grilled Chicken chipotle and Gouda tasty & Chicken salad good. Chicken noodle soup had good flavor, not hot, just warm. Lots of patrons lounging using WiFi. Out of tomato

Stopped in for some chicken noodle soup and they were out. Got it, it happens. So I order the french onion, but they were out of bread to serve with it. Seriously? The only bread they had was to serve sandwiches with and they would still only give me chips or apples. Panera "Bread" and no bread to serve. Definitely a 3 star experience, at least the soup is good.

So I’m usually not a fan of places like this and for good reason. This Panera Bread is a dump. My grilled macaroni and cheese sandwich was literally cold while the outside was barely warm. The tomato soup was warm and very acidic. The tables were very, very dirty. They have food on them and we’re very sticky. The woman at the register was the ONLY reason this place got 2 stars. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want the day after to be filled with molten diarrhea.
