Have been looking forward to staying here for quite some time. Currently I’m pretty let down by this hotel. Will update at the end of trip if anything changes. By looking at the other reviews. Looks like The Cromwell only responds to the “good” reviews.

The bad: Started with us getting here and the parking garage being closed. Not a big issue but there was no signage on what to do or where to park. Ultimately had to call and was told to park in the flamingo garage. Second, check-in is supposed to be at 4pm. We got here and was told our room wasn’t ready but would be shortly. 3 1/2 hours later we finally were able to get into our hotel room. We were comped a $100 food credit for this. Third, I paid for a parlor suite with strip view. There is no strip view. Our window just looks at the Horseshoe casino. The room itself is nice. Very dark and only two windows with one being in the bathroom. Lastly, last night I called for house keeping while we were out of the room. They never came.

The Good: I’ve played quite a bit in the high limit slot room and have a great luck in there.

Great location.

The bed is very comfortable.

The shower is amazing. Doubles as a steam room.

Check in at the Cromwell, we walked right up to the desk and we're checked in immediately, super convenient! The hotel is all warm tones and a very seductive vibe. That is all good for a lobby and hallways but the rooms are so dark. The lighting is terrible!  They do give you a make-up vanity so at least you can get ready. If you look close the rooms are pretty run down, the bad lighting makes sense. You see less. It was clean and bug free though. The casino is small and tight but less smokey than the other big casinos. They do have a little cafe for a quick sandwich or breakfast, very reasonably priced and delicious. Great location, easy walk to bigger casinos and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Rooms are very small, not very clean and dark due to little windows. They don’t seem to care much about upkeep or replacing broken items. Beds are comfortable though and I like the theme and colors.

What's sad is that I liked this place BUT they charged me a food and beverage fee of $54, claiming I took the phone charger which I did not. I took a photo of everything before I left because I have heard how Vegas hotels can be. I showed it to the front desk at check out but they won't verify for themselves. I had to wait for a third party company to "verify" before getting refunded. I did eventually get the money back 5 days later but still, I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I know that they are sensory activated even though they were not labeled as such because our friends warned us beforehand so I avoided them like the plague. Other than that I liked the style of the room. Other people don't like how dark it is but I actually prefer it. I absolutely loved the shower. It was spacious, with a handheld and rainfall showerhead option, water got hot fast, stayed steamy in there encased in glass and tile. The vanity was great too. I'm not sure if it was just the way our room faced but the windows are not well sound proofed so the street traffic and music on the strip late at night was really loud even if you go to sleep later than 1am. So I have mixed feelings about this place because there were aspects that I loved and aspects that I hated.

Loved the vibe. Dark, warm. The front desk was soooo friendly. Easily one of the best check in experiences we have ever had.

The room, however, lacked. The shower head was chipping. There were a lot of signs of wear. The hall noise was quite loud. Definitely a romantic vibe hotel.

We opted this over our reg Ceasars Reward Hotels because we had not stayed here, yet.

Likely wouldn't book again.

Inside the Cromwell! From 3pm to 7pm you can get b1g1 cocktails. There are also $6 wine selections during happy hour. I'd note that when we were there, they told us the b1g1 is per ordering style . So I think you'd need to be clear on how you order. If you and a friend order two drinks up front, that means two more are coming as the free ones, and not that you paid for one and the friend got the free one.

4th visit to Las Vegas since the pandemic and I visited the Cromwell and was amazed at this hidden gem, the staff was great. The bartenders serve the best old fashion I've had in Vegas . The server Desiree was amazing, she was nice, knowledgeable, attentive and gorgeous to look at. I was hoping to take her on a date but she is married with children which made me sad. Will definitely visit again as it was all around great.

Very underrated bar that is overlooked! Most people won't come by here unless they know about it or happen to be staying at the Cromwell. They host a daily happy hour where it's BOGO on all of their craft cocktails. They made great old fashions, whiskey sour, etc. Great bartenders and drinks are well put together and being 2 drinks for $25...it's a steal! Especially when compared typical Strip prices. Bound is located next to the Cromwell check-in desk and sportsbook kiosks. Worth stopping by if you're around for happy hour!

This is a hidden gem in Cromwell, and the bartender was so nice and friendly. The staff is just awesome, and I absolutely love the place. I go there for drinks whenever I feel like it. Leo and Pablo were so nice I love the hospitality here

This place is a hidden gem! Best happy hour on the strip. 3-7pm everyday 2 for 1 cocktails. These are high quality cocktails and is the best deal on the strip. Right next to the high limit room so I could go back and forth. Also can use your diamond plus free drinks there. Bar is nice and servers are as well. Service is a little slow but be patient because they present the cocktails well.

This is a hidden gem in the back of The Cromwell. The drinks are buy one get one and they are HAND CRAFTED quality cocktails. The staff was professional and friendly. I've just realized that this review doesn't do justice to how great this place is, so my biggest hope is that you check it out and respond with "she's not wrong."

My sister and I recently spent a few nights in Las Vegas. We had heard about Bound Bar in The Cromwell, and we decided to try it out. It's an intimate and elegant bar. The bartenders, Neff and Sandy, were phenomenal! They made absolutely delicious drinks for us. If there is nothing on the menu that is to your liking, they will happily make you a custom drink. The ice cube in one of my drinks was very cool. I highly recommend having a drink at this amazing bar!

Decided to come here on a late night adventure with my bf since we were trying different bars during our vacation. Walking into this tiny hotel/bar, it is super elegant and has a really nice bar setup! The bartender was super sweet and explained things very thoroughly with each drink we were interested in. I ended up trying the Cromwell Cocktail which has strawberry purée and a hint of balsamic vinegar which is what caught my interest since they compliment each other really well! Unfortunately I didn't like it as much as I thought I would because the strawberry (maybe) was too close to cough syrup to me. That was really the only thing that stood out to me on the menu but maybe I'll try something else next time I'm in the area! Nice little spot here at The Cromwell. As a a local, it's nice to have a little spot on The Strip that isn't at one of the giant casinos (though This hotel/casino is a property of Caesars. Parking for locals is also free for the first 3 hours, just scan your ID as you're exiting. Anyway, The drinks here are delicious and service has been superior every time I have come. The bartenders/barbacks are kind and hospital. Shout out to Micah, Jeanette, Brandon, and Rachel. Prices are expected, being on the strip, but note that ingredients here are fresh and they put work into the mixology, which I totally appreciate. :)
