Today we had lunch with family here. The restaurant is nicely designed, and the tables are not too packed.

Pineapple bun with custard is nice, it is crispy and custard is smooth , and not overly sweetened.

Pan fried Cheng fan is quite delicious, it is rich in taste and not so oily nor greasy.

Scramble eggs with razor clam is tasty, the scramble egg is very smooth and with rich egg flavor, and razor clam is not tough at all.

Deep fried chicken got crispy skin and chicken fat removed, chicken meat is tender.

The fried pork with sweet and sour sauce is amazing! The crispy skin warped with sweet and sour sauce, with mix of pork and shrimp paste, yummy!

Tofu dishes showed the skills of the chef, it is beautifully presented.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Man Ho, a Michelin-starred restaurant known for its exquisite Chinese cuisine. The ambiance was elegant and serene, perfect for a special occasion. The private room allowed us to enjoy our meal without distractions, making it a truly intimate experience.

We indulged in a variety of dishes, including fish maw, crab rice, abalone, and sea cucumber. Each dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were certainly enjoyable; however, I wouldn't say they reached the pinnacle of excellence I expected from a Michelin-starred establishment. While the crab rice was particularly satisfying, the overall meal felt slightly lacking in the wow factor.

Just had a wonderful night at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant celebrating my wife’s birthday. We ordered the Mid-Autumn Festival Special Set Dinner Menu. Each dish is delicious, made with excellent ingredients and cooked in different ways, enhancing the layers of flavors of the ingredients. This variety enriches the taste and brings a great sense of freshness. Highly recommended for friends who enjoy Chinese cuisine! Thank you Man Ho for the birthday cake!

What a treat to finally secure a table at the renowned Man Ho for a business lunch! The experience was truly outstanding from start to finish.

The food selection was phenomenal, particularly their signature crispy chicken dish - which everyone eagerly dug into before I could snap a photo! The daily double boiled soup of the day was exceptionally succulent and flavorful. A few of us also sampled the hot and sour soup, which was absolutely delightful.

One of the standout dishes was the deep-fried crab shell stuffed with crab meat, lobster meat and onion. It was a wonderfully unique and creative preparation, though quite rich and filling. I'd recommend sharing this dish rather than ordering it per person.

Another highlight was the perfectly cooked garoupa fillets. They were simply mouthwatering.

Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience that has left us eager to return for more. The blend of signature dishes, daily specials and creative preparations make Man Ho a must-visit for any serious food lover. I can't wait to plan our next business lunch there.

Man Ho is a pretty good restaurant for above average food and an amazing atmosphere. The restaurant is located at the centre of Admiralty at the JW Marriot. One of my favourites were the baked crab shell stuffed with crab + lobster meat and onion. I also really enjoyed the fried glutinous rice with preserved meat, dried shrimp, and shredded egg. However, the other dishes were also great. In terms of service, the staff are attentive to your needs and willing to accommodate to any dietary restrictions.
