Absolutely amazing. The quality of this place is second to none.  This is a traditional Roman Italian trattoria, and they deliver on both service and food. Every dish is perfect, and the service is friendly.  The location is a blink and miss, so don’t miss!  This is a must try!

A truly authentic Italian restaurant, the kind you hope to find on your holiday. The Taverna Bacchus is small, but it packs punch. The food is top-notch so delicious and fresh. It's all homemade cooked right there. I highly recommend the meatballs as well as all delicious dishes

We stumbled in here after a long day and can’t recommend it enough. It was perfect for 2. We felt very cozy and home-y while dining here. The staff was attentive and kind, especially to 2 non-Italian speakers. They were patient with us as we conversed.

The food was amazing! It was a great portion, and felt like a home cooked meal. I’m sure everything on the menu was delicious; we finished everything on our plates; I highly recommend the ravioli and pasta alla bolognese. To finish off, the tiramisu was delicate, flavorful, and I finished it all.

A wonderful evening spent at Taverna Bacchus, a tucked away cosy spot perfect for a family dinner, or a romantic date night! The instrumental background music really added to the Italian ambience! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time and we’re so glad we popped in! Thank you for an authentic Italian experience!

My wife and I came here on our last night in Rome. After walking around literally all day and pushing our way through crowded monuments this was the beam of light that finally guided us to a comfortable evening. The food and atmosphere were amazing and the staff were so incredibly friendly.
