The food is Roman style and the quality of the food it’s good. maybe the  place it’s a bit noisy and owner should fix the acoustic. But this is bearable. We had a nice evening between old school friend and the environment it’s ok for such occasion. It’s second time we come here and not dissatisfied

This was definitely the best meal of our stay in Rome.  Carlotta, our waitress was phenomenal.  She provided great menu and drink suggestions and took excellent care of us.  The food was amazing.  The fried gnocchi was perfection, as was the spinach ricotta ravioli ala gricia.  The atmosphere was casual but bright.  It was nearly empty when we got there at 8pm but by 9:30 was packed, everyone clearly enjoying their dinners.  I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

This was the best meal that we had during our trip to Italy (other than the pasta we made ourselves in a cooking class)! I wish I could eat these delicious Roman classics from Trattoria da Cesare al Casaletto every week of my life, but it gives me a good reason to go back to Rome!

A highly anticipated meal due to being recommended, what I will say is the food was great. My wife said the ravioli all’amatriciana was the best pasta dish we had on the trip. I had the rigatoni alla carbonara, and it was amazing.

Unfortunately sitting inside was so uncomfortable due to the heat and lack of air conditioning (which they have , but don’t have on) it made the meal very unenjoyable, so much so we couldn’t even finish and both wanted to leave. I couldn’t tell you if the desert was any good because we couldn’t stay around to try it.

The service was also the most unfriendly we experienced in all the places we went to both inside and outside of Rome. Great food but left with real mixed feelings.

The waiters were really accommodating. I really liked the gnocchi and the crème caramel that I ordered. I went for lunch and I was told that they only made pizzas for dinner so be aware
