Venuto in questo ristorante dopo aver girato a conoscere i vari ristoranti di Barletta un posto molto fine elegante per trascorrere una serata molto importante secondo  gli impegni che si anno ritengo sia il ristorante più importante come ambiente.
Ieri degustato un apri menu del ristorante semplici molto buoni poi un piatto tra carpacci di vari tipi di pesce fresco con scampi e gamberi crudi ottimi,
poi come primo degli ottimi spaghettini quadrati ai ricci di mare molto apprezzati e saporiti anche perché era un paio d'anni che non avevo la possibilità di degustarli i miei complimenti al chef .
Un dessert gelato limone e fragola ai frutti di bosco molto
buono e apprezzato.
Eccellente cantina vini nazionali bevuto un vino pugliese alle bollicine ottimo.
Servizio eccellente si vede che il personale è della scuola alberghiera, un complimento al sig. Ruggero per la simpatia e gentilezza verso gli ospiti.
Consigliato locale molto importante per eleganza e servizio.
Prezzo giusto per questo ambiente raffinato e di qualità con ottimo pesce fresco e specialità dei piatti preparati.

I came to this restaurant after having explored the various restaurants in Barletta. It is a very fine and elegant place to spend a very important evening according to the commitments that take place. I believe it is the most important restaurant in terms of environment.
Yesterday I tasted an open menu of the simple, very good restaurant, then a dish of carpaccio of various types of fresh fish with excellent scampi and raw prawns,
then as a first course some excellent square spaghetti with sea urchins, very popular and tasty also because I hadn't had the chance to taste them for a couple of years, my compliments to the chef.
A lemon and strawberry ice cream dessert with lots of berries
good and appreciated.
Excellent national wine cellar, drank an excellent Apulian wine with bubbles.
Excellent service, you can see that the staff are from the hotel school, a compliment to Mr. Ruggero for his friendliness and kindness towards guests.
Recommended very important place for elegance and service.
Fair price for this refined and quality environment with excellent fresh fish and specialty dishes prepared.
