We had the most incredible experience at Pod Różą Hotel for our wedding ceremony and lunch reception. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Krakow’s Old Town, with restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores, and pharmacies all just steps away.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and informative, and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a luxurious suite in celebration of our small family wedding. The suite’s ambiance and the hotel’s overall atmosphere were truly impressive, leaving all of us in awe. Although we didn’t get to try the spa, we did take a peek, and it looked incredible—like stepping into a cave!

Not a single flaw could be found in the hotel’s facilities or amenities; everything was simply perfect.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the service was flawless. The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight, with the course meal being an unforgettable culinary experience. We dined in the beautifully designed ‘Szef Room.’ The restaurant kindly accommodating our request to use outsourced flowers, which added a special touch.

Our overall experience was nothing short of excellent, and we can’t wait to return! Thank you, Pod Różą Hotel, for making our wedding trip so memorable. We look forward to staying with you again!

Superb hotel. The few negatives were 1) The room air con made the rooms very cold. 2) The sleigh beds had a big gap where the pillows kept disappearing into. 3) The spa does not cater for people who have difficulties walking. In every other respect, this hotel is superb and ee shall certainly come back.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a five-star experience, but the service fell short. There was no doorman, no greeting when entering or exiting, and disappointingly, no one even asked about our stay or experience. Checkout was just paying a tea bill—because there was no tea maker in the room (just like other essential equipment in the room were missing). However, the spa was very pleasant, the location is great, and the hotel was clean overall. Despite these positives, the service felt more in line with a four-star experience rather than the luxury we were expecting.

Loved this hotel. They upgraded us to a junior suite and gave us our room at about 11am.  What’s not to like?

Lobby and restaurant are very attractive. Our suite was lovely. Large with 7m ceiling!  The walls were a bit dirty, needing a wash or some paint.  Bathroom was very nice and large.  Good water pressure and hot enough to send you to the hospital.  (Why Europe allows this is beyond me.)

The hotel’s location on Florianska means it is central to everything.  Nothing but praise for Pod Roza.

We had such an amazing stay at the Pod Różą Hotel and would most certainly stay again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated mixing modern touches with the history of the building. Our room was a luxury apartment which was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was very large with shower and bath. Water, coffee and toiletries were restocked daily.

Breakfast was incredible with a number of appetiser plates prior to the hot course and a dessert. Despite best efforts, we never finished due to being so full! The quality of the food was exceptional. Staff were very courteous and attentive.

The spa is beautiful and very atmospheric. We also had a massage and hammam treatment which was amazing.

The location is brilliant however if you are sensitive to noise bear in mind some rooms face the street so you hear general revelry into the evening. It did not affect our stay personally.
