Wellness treatment haven in central Stockholm (located on the bottom floor of NK). I booked through ClassPass and did the “Biohacker lounge” which was truly blissfull. Will def be coming back regularly.
Must visit place for recovery & energy! I tried the guided breathwork + 5 minute ice bath session, a wonderful experience for the body and mind. You can also do infrared sauna, red light therapy, cryo and more 🧊🛀
