I ordered a large 4 topping pizza from Papa Johns, and everything was perfect! The delivery was fast, arriving even earlier than expected, and the food was still piping hot. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside—and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The delivery driver Mervin, awesome guy, was polite and professional, ensuring everything was correct before handing it over.
Definitely my go-to spot for pizza nights. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer of this Papa John’s franchise, but after tonight, I will never return. My wife ordered a chicken pizza, but the person who took the order skipped adding chicken entirely. When I called to address the issue, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the so-called "manager," an Indian man who argued instead of apologizing for his employee's mistake.

Rather than taking accountability, he insisted that my wife ordered a vegetable pizza — which makes no sense since we’ve been ordering chicken pizza here almost every week. When I pointed out that the pizza comes with four toppings and asked where the fourth topping (chicken) was, he claimed that my wife requested extra tomato sauce and that it counted as an extra topping. I was absolutely shocked by his reply because we always request extra tomato sauce, and it has never been counted as an extra topping before. When I called him out on this, he started dodging the question again and reverted to saying she ordered a vegetable pizza.

He kept me on hold repeatedly, coming back only to argue further that his employee (who barely speaks English) was correct and my wife was wrong. When I asked him if he was implying that a customer doesn’t know what they want to order, he became nervous, dodged my questions, and ultimately refused to resolve the issue.

This manager’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and, in my opinion, seems more interested in saving money on toppings than delivering decent service. I’ve already submitted a formal complaint to Papa John’s corporate about the poor service at this location.

Avoid this franchise at all costs. If you value good service and respect as a customer, steer clear of this place and its unprofessional management. This was the last time I went there,  and I strongly suggest others to take their business elsewhere.

After more than an hour of waiting, I decided to call the restaurant for an update. The staff I spoke with was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting me.

It felt like my order was put on the back burner. The lack of communication and urgency from the staff was frustrating. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat delivery orders this way. I had high expectations for Papa John's, but this experience will make me think twice before ordering again.

Very friendly staff. Ordered butter chicken pizza, i wanted it to be spicy to have kick to it. The staff at the store were very friendly and made the pizza accordingly. The lady manager was very polite and professional. The restaurant has great deals for the large size pizza. Definitely a go to place to have dinner.
