This place is located in a renovated house from the 1940s. The atmosphere is relaxed and the interior patio is a little oasis in the San José del Cabo heat. The coffee drinks are exquisite and their bread is a must-try. The food is good, in reasonable portions except for the loche de chilaquiles which is really a large dish that two people can easily share. The service is very friendly and attentive. If you're in the Art District, it's worth treating yourself.

Delicious food and amazing staff. Great service in very cozy place. Nice terrace, would 100% recommend. Expensive but very worth it! Michelin 2024 Mx

This place was ok. Service was not up to par. The hostess didn’t even look at us when she ask how many in our party. Our waitress never smiles and seemed rushed. We did have beautifully presented dishes but the taste was a bit  off. The french toast was super moist - no crispy edges and to buttery. The avocado toast was bland,thank goodness for the salsa matcha that came with it.
I do have to say the concha bread and coffee were yummy good
