Went during the week without a reservation and was seated outside.

We were persuaded to try the tasting menu and it didn’t disappoint.

The menu is constantly changing, so it’s definitely worth coming back to try their new offerings.

Every dish was executed to perfection. The taste of each was unique and the presentation was beautiful.

My only complaint was the dinner did take a while over 2 hours. But don’t let that impact your decision to come here

After a not-so-great first experience, we had the opportunity to revisit Zitz Sum and were truly impressed!

On our initial visit, we hadn’t experienced what the other reviews had described, but our second time back was exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our waiter Gabriel took amazing care of us, going above and beyond ensuring every detail was perfect. Each time a dish was brought out, the team would give thorough descriptions and suggestions on how to best enjoy it too, which just added to the experience.

The food, of course, exceeded our expectations. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, full of fresh ingredients, and delicious. We’ve now tried everything on the menu (which changes) and the chef’s tasting menu, both of which definitely had key items that we will be back for.

Chef Pablo is definitely bringing something special to Miami with Zitz Sum. His dedication to quality and his guests is evident, which definitely makes for a memorable experience. Will definitely be back!

**Our fav dishes were the Big Eye Tuna & Beets, the Wagyu Tapioca bites, the Roasted Halibut, and the Potato Dumplings

Trendy place,  inside a building and there are no signs the point you to the direction of the restaurant, but you can always follow your nose. The aroma will get you there..
You definitely should reserve a table before going .  Sitting at the bar was the next best thing.
Maybe better… had a nice conversation with the bartender he knew the drinks he knew what drinks went well with the entrée you were having. and his recommendations were very good and appreciated and very informative, polite, and kind..
The portions are extremely small, but very tasty.
Every entrée comes in after you finish one dish.
It’s a dining experience For your taste buds.

I don’t know what to say about this place. One of my favorite restaurants in the country. Absolutely in my top 5 reasons to move to Miami. I’ve been 3 times now. Once solo, and twice as a 4 top. (Pictures included from 2 of the three. Can’t say enough great things. It’s just an incredible meal, service is impeccable. I highly recommend the tasting menu, or just order one of everything…

Need to plan my next trip for this place alone.

The restaurant was a little difficult to find. It's located inside the bank, so go through the main lobby; there's a side door to skip the bank lobby if you know where to find it.

The food was great. I recommend doing the tasting menu - I was surprised that not all the patrons did it. All the dishes were really good, so I will just mention a couple things that surprised us. We were most surprised by the milk bread - it's not at all like normal milk bread and is made with sour dough. And the desserts were leaning on the savory side, like I can taste the salt in them. My husband, who is not a dessert person, enjoyed the desserts. I am a dessert person and still enjoyed the desserts, but enjoyed the milk-flavored gelato best 😋
