Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Alex and his staff provided everything we needed! The hotel was authentic and beautiful.  Service throughout the entire hotel was beyond expectation.  We stayed in the Villa, shared with family. Each room/suite was beautifully appointed, patios with lush views. All three restaurants gave wonderful service, food prepared and presented tastefully.  Beaches with white sand, turquoise water and warm.   I could go on - we enjoyed a relaxing and fun filled vacation.

Wow! Hotel Esencia was beautiful. Amazing beach views, amazing service, amazing everything. You don’t have to leave the resort, great food options for those who are into eating healthy, then there are tacos, seafood, and delicious cocktails. The room service was amazing and the staff was really friendly. The hotel rooms, landscaping, and interior were clean, unique, and impeccable. No need to leave this resort and everything felt safe.

Beware to everyone that stays here they lie and steal! I stayed in a $1500 a night suite and my shuff disappeared. The manager, she’s nothing but a liar! Watch out if you stay here!!

This is one of the most stunning hotel in the Rivera Maya, and I've been to many, all the staff are incredible, the food is delicious And the architecture is incredibly delicate, so curated. The entire hotel was impeccable clean, amazing experience :)
