From the moment we drove up to when we got to the front desk, the staff at the Inn of the Anasazi were outstanding and helpful. We heard they got a Michelin key and had to come check it out and it did not disappoint.

The dining, bar and accommodations they gave to our puppy were awesome. If you're planning on visiting Santa Fe I highly recommend this Rosewood property and it is also a plus it's about 100 feet from the Plaza. My partner and I enjoyed our time here and we will be returning in the future.

Same issues as other reviewers…at check out they didn’t give us the $280 credit we were supposed to have. After some back and forth they finally did. This would be understandable at other hotel chains, but having stayed at other Rosewoods, this shouldn’t be happening here. The location of this hotel is great. Food was great. Rooms are nice but the finesse needs to be turned up a notch. Our shower head was messed up and the shower handle was loose. Just lacks that extra level of care. I would stay here again, but I feel like things need to be tightened up: service and maintenance.

The hotel is very nice but it's not worth the nightly rate. The room is small and the bathroom is tiny. Nicely decorated but not $900+ per night nice. Housekeeping service was excellent. Front desk was nice enough but again not what you'd expect for the nightly rate. I tried reserving a tequila tasting ahead of time and after an initial response was ignored via email. I called and was told to expect a call back from a manager in a few minutes and no one called. Ended up doing a tasting at a restaurant for less than half. Nice place. Just too expensive.

I stayed here for one night in July of 2024. It was supposed to be a birthday gift from her dad and we were so excited because the place looked nice and comfortable. However, right when we got there, we were having issues with the reservation. They looked at us like we were lying about booking it in the first place because it was a third party reservation and they couldn’t find it at first. They finally found it and got us to our room. The room has the wrong name listed for our greeting card and they said it was because they switched someone out of that room at the last minute. That wasn’t that big of a deal but it was still just kind of off putting. Then when we attempted to use the Valet, the valet that was available didn’t know how to drive my girlfriend’s manual car so she had to drive out of the garage for them. For the price  you pay for a night, this was ridiculous. Then to top it all off, they accidentally double charged for the room a few days after we left and that wasn’t a small fee by any means. We tried calling the manager but each time, they said they were out and would call us back but we never got a call back. I will say, the hotel is beautiful and the area is nice but I can’t recommend the service here at all. I just figured for such “premium” hotel, that they would have competent staff but from our one night there, that didn’t seem to be the case. It left a very bad taste in our mouths. We still are trying to get the double charge issue resolved and it’s almost 2 months after our stay.

We stayed here due to the location being in the middle of town.  Not sure how they achieved their 5 star rating.  I tried to use room service twice, both times I called multiple times and ended up in voicemail.  Both times I ended up having to call the front desk to place my order.  We then woke up to our bathroom having a backed up sewer smell.  I then called the front desk and requested that someone contact me as I was not happy with my stay.  I waited over 3 hours, when no one called me I checked out and moved to another hotel.  To date, no one has reached out to ask why I left early.
