The rooms in the hotel are very old and have been renovated. The placement for light switches and charging outlets are very odd. It took us 30 minutes to try and find the light switch for the bedroom with no avail, until we had to call someone up from the lobby to help us find it. The switch was on the drawer of the bedside table, which we could not see since the lights were off... There is also no drawer since it had been renovated which I assume had wiring in it. We had a bedroom with 2 single beds but there was only outlets on one side of the room, a meter from the bed, which made charging our phones a little inconvenient.

The air conditioning and heating is also a little hard to understand, as it just said "air conditioning: off, low, medium, and high" It was actually a heater, so when I turned the air conditioning to high, I was woken up in a puddle of sweat. I guess the only option for cooling the room is to open a window.

Apart from the rooms, other services and amenities were excellent. You get towels, a razer, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, conditioner and there is a 2-in-1 bath and shower.

There is a telephone where you can call the lobby for assistance, or get a massage if you want! The massage is around 8000 yen for one hour.

The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had in any hotel. There was such a wide selection of things. I recommend asking the chef to make you an omelet. You can get a normal omelet, a cheese omelet, or a chocolate omelet. Definitely get the cheese omelet.

The lobby was stunning, and you are welcomed with friendly staff every time you enter and leave. Taxis are also always waiting at the entrance incase you need to go anywhere.

Our rooms did not have a view of the Tokyo Tower, but it's only a 5 minute walk.

Rooms are small but well serviced. Don't know if it is because we are part of a larger group but my husband and I were given a room with 2 single beds. When I queried this I couldn't quite understand their reasoning but wouldn't change us to another room. Only disappointment so far

Located near to Tokyo Sky Tower and it offers free shuttle bus service to nearby train stations. Ultra clean rooms and good customer service. It has a Lawson convenience store at the hotel basement. It’s also located near to Zojoji Temple and Shiba park. There are several eating places within walking distance too.

Love the art in front lobby. Big spacious and clean rooms. Onsen bath is huge and lots of amenities. The restaurant in the hotel is also great. A family mart is literally inside the hotel. Very convenient.

This hotel was built in the 1960s. Lobby is beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but they are comfortable and bigger than many hotel rooms in the city.

One thing that stood out was the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. The food and service were both exceptional and it was the highlight of the hotel's service offering.
