Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA is such a welcoming and fun place to train! I went for about 3.5 weeks with my two daughters (ages 11 and 13), unsure of how comfortable we would feel staying at and training at this gym. But we have felt nothing but welcome and had so much fun with all of the coaches. We also love the food and being able to stay at a place connected with the gym makes us feel safe and is so convenient. I highly recommend!

Favorite gym I’ve ever trained at, MT, MMA, S&C, mobility & last but not least KB class is the sheiße! With the best music playlist from any gym I ever been! Can’t recommend this place enough lots of great people & great vibes. All of your training needs in 1 location

Spent the month of August with my son's and nephew here. Boys loved every session. All staff speak English so didn't have any issues with booking and setting up PTs. Price was worth every penny, trainers were professionals and staff on reception were accommodating to every request. Will deffo come again

they have nice healthy food its included packaged in the monthly training. they have good coaches, many UFC and pro fighters MMA, Brave, ONE were training in here. really nice place and environment. Nice experience I have training for 2 months in Bangtao. Miss the moment here

Incredible set up and fantastic program. Staff are wonderful. I booked a private training session for my son with Torn, he enjoyed every minute of it, learnt so much and immediately booked a second session. We will be back again in the near future for sure. Highly recommend!
