Oh this place is fantastic. We walked passed it a few times throughout the week and it was always busy so we booked to go and glad we did. This place is amazing. The service is first class. They have a great selection of red wines and they were not kept in the fridge like most red wine in Thailand. It was the perfect temperature.
For starters I had the salmon and avocado which was excellent. As was the steak I had for main, 300g rib eye. The highlight was the mashed potato which had to be tasted to be believed.
The chocolate cheesecake dessert was pretty awesome too. Special mention to the manager Daeng and to our waitress Rat who was first class and very friendly. Cannot wait to come back!

I've been to Prime for many years already, every time we are in Hua Hin.
The food was very good.
A 400gr Wagyu Rib eye and spaghetti for the son was enjoyed very well.
I had a truffle butter with the steak, which was delicious.
The service staff was professional and pleasant

This was my second visit to this restaurant, which is centrally located in the city.  Here, it seems that they work in teams with quality in all stages, and the waiters are on hand at all times.
This is what I would classify as gourmet food, where everything served is refined and served to a high standard.

Great premises make the experience pleasant, and with muted music it is possible to converse with others around the table.

Parking is scarce in the street outside on busy days, but there are opportunities in the same street not far from the restaurant.

Great place to eat for steak in Hua hin that's for sure. Price quality for me is acceptable. Service, location etc all good except parking can be a bit of a challenge.

I've deducted 2 stars for the following reasons.

1. My zacapa 23 rum was watered down. So whoever is running the bar needs to check the spirits.

2. The change given as you can see from the photo is incorrect. Short changed... 😔

However. From a food and service perspective. Absolutely a recommended stop.
