We had an exceptional experience at your restaurant. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive, contributing greatly to the overall atmosphere. The food was outstanding—truly exceptional. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred establishments across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., we can confidently say this restaurant stands on par with the finest. Each course was a remarkable fusion of French fine-dining techniques with local ingredients and cultural influences. We highly recommend this restaurant and extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team for such a memorable dining experience.

I recently dined at Mía , a Michelin Guide-recognized establishment, and while much of the meal lived up to expectations, I was left disappointed by the dessert offerings.

The ambiance, service, and presentation of the dishes were impeccable, as one would expect from a Michelin Guide restaurant. The savory courses were thoughtfully crafted that showcased the chef’s creativity. However, the desserts were a letdown and felt out of place compared to the rest of the menu.

While beautifully presented, the coconut ice cream lacked depth and flavor. All I tasted was the overpowering flavor of ice which diminished the overall enjoyment. It was a surprising and unfortunate contrast to the otherwise excellent meal.

For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected desserts that would leave a lasting impression and round out the dining experience. Instead, it felt like an afterthought, which is disappointing for a dessert lover like me.

The staff and owner displayed unbelievable service and care when preparing our set meal. The duck was prepared for two weeks prior to service and was fantastic. They helped accommodate my mother's chemotherapy dietary restrictions for almost every dish in the set.
This restaurant really lives up to it's Michelin recommendation for the service and quality.

Also the owner owns a hidden bar nearby which is equally as excellent and accommodating.

So whilst having  some drinks in The Alley Cocktail Bar the night previous, 1 of the members of staff overheard my wife and I discussing wanting to eat somewhere plush in Ho Chi Minh. He mentioned the owner of the cocktail bar also had a restaurant; Mia Dining. So we gave it a look online and decided to give it a go…. We did not regret!

Absolutely incredible tasting menu in a wonder setting. The staff were flawless (greeting us at the door, pulling our chairs out for us to sit down, noticing when we were running low on a drink and offering another etc etc).

Every course was wonderful. Genuinely can’t fault it. For Vietnam I guess it’s not the cheapest, but the 6 course tasting menu was about £40 a head which (coming from London) is incredible value for money.

As mentioned already, all the staff were wonderful but special shout out to Nanh who was exceptional.

For anybody in the city after a nice dinner look no further.

Perfection! Came here late at night and was the only guest so it felt like a private dining experience.

It was very nice to sit at the bar and watch the chefs prepare the food in the open kitchen. I opted for the Mia Set to try their famous duck and it did not disappoint - one of the best duck dishes i ever had. What really elevated it was the Clausena sauce, savory and only slightly sweet. The temperature of the duck was perfect, but I think the skin could have used a tad bit more rendering (it was very crispy however and I liked the addition of the orange zest).

The other dishes did not disappoint either, and they were all beautifully plated.
The pacing of the meal was also perfect for me, as I hate dragged out meals.

Highly highly recommend Mia dining.
