It’s was wonderful experience I have had with zip line, if you have city card you will get 20% discount, it will take 20 minutes till reaching the final station

Together with kids we waited for 30min for a ride on top of the tower. During this time there was zero information in English for what’s happening. Then we were told (in German only) to go back down. At the office we have not received a refund (89 EUR) for the failed service. We were told to ask for a refund at the cashier of the gondola lift. Immediately we went down by gondola and turned to the cashier office. It was closed. No one was there. We have paid 89 EUR and wasted two hours (buying tickets, gondola ride, check in queue at the office, waiting on the tower, check out queue, gondola down) for nothing. In effect, we were scammed. [1 star rating]

But then we stayed in Ischgl for the night to come back for the refund in the morning and have another go at Sky Fly (with discounted price with the visitor card, it turned out). The experience was awesome when everything worked :) [5 star rating]

Accident happened today on the skyfly. The brakes weren’t working and two people crashed at the end of the ride into the wall and had to go to hospital . I’ve lost all confidence in this zip wire and would not go on it again . Two people could have died today as a result  of a total breach of health and safety . Not acceptable . AVOID

Ischgl has the best lift system in Europe. You can access any part of the mountain with the lift system that Ischgl has. Definitely my favorite places to ski/snowboard.
