Troisgros was an extraordinary experience and I hope that one day in the future, I can come back. 3 star Michelin restaurant on a gorgeous French countryside property with horses, a lake, mountain bikes, picnic areas, Nordic pools, spa and more.

The 11 course dinner was astounding. Prior to the dinner we had champagne and starters in one of the lounges and it was wonderful. The entire property is a dream. The rooms are beautiful, overlooking the farm where many of their ingredients are grown. The dishes were unique and most were profoundly new to me. The fish, steak, mushroom and shrimp courses were my favourite. Especially the mushroom- SO creamy. We had tea and little desserts to end off the dinner which was lovely. My one critique is they stopped pouring wine after the steak!! Could have done with a bit more wine. Especially during the cheese course. The desserts were very very creative.

A huge highlight, however, was the breakfast. It was SO delicious. Especially the tomato pastry tart. Wow. I dream of going back not only for the dinner, but for the breakfast!!

Cannot recommend enough. It’s a once in a lifetime dining experience. I think it would be extra special for couples, although I had a perfectly great time with my friends.

What an amazing hotel with their 3 star Michelin restaurant . We stayed one night and felt at home at once with the friendliness of the staff. It’s a renovated old farmhouse with some new buildings added , and all done almost perfect ( except lack of electricity plugs next to bed and too big distance to mirror in bathroom ) . But these small things didn’t destroy an amazing stay on this huge property with amazing gardens , forest , lake etc we loved it - from breakfast to dinner the service was amazing and food was also fantastic - we will for sure try to come back again

This restaurant deserves its 3 stars for 56 years without a doubt! The family is very nice especially michel, very down to earth and passionate. We came all the way from Manila to try this and it was worth the long journey. The food had a lot of technique , really good sauces and the cheese selection was superb. I suggest to do the tasting menu.

I would say this is the best restaurant as of to date that I’ve tried in Europe.

I recently had dinner at Troisgros and spent the night at the hotel. All I can say is that it was an exceptional experience. The food and the hospitality was outstanding. If you have the chance to stay here don't miss out on the breakfast either which was simply delicious.
