As someone who came from Asia, I always needed visa to go to Europe. Unfortunately two years ago, my visa is delayed by embassy and I could not cancel the hotel in time (please note I was 2 days late). And the hotel was not able to refund me back my money - and offered to extend the stay for a year.

But life is not as easy, my direct family was and still to this day battling with cancer and I have to go overseas for my aunt chemo every 3 weeks the whole 2024 season. And who in their right mind thinking about holiday? I sent the hotel all my proof of flight, visa and medical record after I realised I missed the hotel booking. They outright rejected it - please not I paid EUR 11k and they offered me NOTHING back, not even a couple night stay (I asked). How heartless! I truly hope none of you or the owner of Airelles go through what I went through.

As someone who stayed on luxury hotels all over UK and EU, this is the worst experience I ever encounter. Really shame on all of you and the owner.

The best experience in Europe so far – I highly recommend it! The staff was incredibly attentive, even anticipating things you wouldn’t think of. The prices are very reasonable considering the top-notch experience they provide.

We originally made reservations at Michelin-recommended restaurants in town, but after trying the buffet, we canceled them all. We ended up enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes with high-quality ingredients. The minibar was also probably one of the best we’ve ever had.

There was just one downside: we had a house with a pool, and the pool wasn’t cleaned properly. Additionally, the outdoor bed was dirty. While we called housekeeping, the bed was left in the same condition, so it was unusable.

Everything is perfect about this place but for this price the rooms often don't have a view or give on a loud place like the pool etc.
But still the most beautiful hotel in St tropez.

We went there for dinner at a birthday celebration and enjoyed it so much. The service was perfect and the pasta with lobster so tremendous. So we are looking very much forward to our next visit

This is definitely one of our favorite properties in the world!  We stayed here in April 2024.  I traveled with my husband and 2 toddlers.  From the moment we arrived we were greeted by such kind and attentive staff.  Our room had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean.  The room was full of gifts upon our arrival which was a nice surprise.  The breakfast and lunch buffets were truly the best we have ever experienced.  My husband and I are still talking about it months later.  Special thank you to Hugo who was our server throughout our stay.  He was so wonderful and took such great care of us.  Also, thank you to Julian for all of your help in the restaurant.  We ate at Matsuhisa one evening which was really a special treat.  We have been to the Nobu Malibu location and they had several of our favorite items on the menu.  The food was just as wonderful as the food we have had in Japan!  Special thank you to Chloe in the kids club!  She was so wonderful and kind to the kids.  They didn't want to leave!  The property is so beautiful.  We enjoyed walking the grounds and exploring the gardens and views.  We also enjoyed the ease of taking the resort car to the town of St. Tropez or to the beach club.  Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!  We will definitely be back and we are already looking into staying at other Arielles properties in the future!  Thank you for such a memorable stay!
