Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Vienna House.  This is a wonderful hotel.  Spotlessly clean and all the staff I encountered were so kind and helpful. It has an impressive large atrium with it's own shop, bar, and working areas.  It's location is slightly outside the main city centre, but perfect for us to get away from busyness of downtown, and the tram is directly outside. The SBahn is just next door and is on the ring line so you can easily get anywhere.  I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Berlin.  Highly recommend.

Me and my partner recently stayed at the Vienna House Hotel which was ok,
Check in to the hotel was great and smooth, Friendly staff at the reception.
Breakfast was also a great experience, (we loved it) Excellent variety of food choices.
The wellness section was a bit underwhelming, as it seemed too limited for the hotel's capacity and was consistently busy.
Cleanliness was 3/5 Our bedsheets were not completely clean when we arrived. The hallway carpet was scattered with glass on our floor and the staff didn’t seem to make an effort to clean it thoroughly.
Perfectly situated, Easy access to the city centre by Tram which is just literally right opposite side of the hotel.
Overall we had a good time. Would recommend it!

A fantastic event hotel that impresses with its spacious lobby and modern design. In the entrance area, there is a small duty-free-like shop, a stylish bar, and a very friendly team at the reception. The hotel offers several conference rooms, making it perfect for meetings or events.
A special highlight, even for external visitors, is the beautiful Sky Bar. It not only offers a breathtaking view but also excellent drinks that make the visit absolutely worthwhile. Overall, this hotel is ideal for events while also providing a unique spot to relax at its Sky Bar!

Great hotel! Super location and great clean rooms! And the service was top notch - I thought I’d lost a ring in my room at checkout and they went above and beyond to help. Great hotel and wonderful people!

The hotel is too big and not well connected so we need to walk 3 minutes just to get from the lift to our rooms. Room was fine, some things were not in the best condition like the showerhead or some other small details but it was for the most part ok. Problem is it is nothing more than ok. Location is good for its convenience of transport but its not the best still. Overall, a very meh experience but nothing too unpleasant.
