Sunday night, dinner date, we opted for the 5 courses menu and we enjoyed every dish. The service was excellent, attentive and warm. Every dish was utterly delicious and perfectly balanced. The starters, the risotto with cauliflower and anchovies … everything cooked to perfection with love. Never boring, exceeded all our expectations. Kudos!

We’re visiting from California and wanted to celebrate a special occasion — this restaurant delivered, and then some!

The care and attention placed on the service and food are excellent, and the value is really unbeatable. The food is very seafood-focused and I appreciated that it was very diverse — cuttlefish, octopus, skate, were all on the tasting menu.

Truly what made such a huge difference is that the service was incredible, and we’ve really dined across many restaurants in Europe and the US.

Highly recommended, and especially easy to make reservations and talk with the staff in English!

I took a chance with the 5 course lunch menu for 48€ and it was absolutely amazing. I haven’t had such a good culinary experience in a long time. Well thought out course menu with a small Appetizer and a pre dessert as a palate cleanser - so you actually have 7 delightful and filling courses. The owner waited on me and explained everything throughly. Impeccable service that made the meal so much more enjoyable and classy. Absolutely recommend!!

My husband and I came here and tried the five course tasting menu. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and friendly. When asked what wine we'd like we weren't sure so the wine expert, who also happens to be one of the owners came over to help us pick something. All of the courses were incredible, the risotto is the best we've ever eaten. We found it was excellent value for money with the whole experience being exceptional.

Gabriele and Alessandra, the ambitious and passionate duo behind Dogma, have created something truly extraordinary in their three years of operation.

Gabriele's culinary mastery shines through every dish, complemented by Alessandra's deep and infectious knowledge of the all the farms and vineyards they source their ingredients from. Her warm and generous hospitality really enhances the dining experience.

We were recommended a delightful local Chardonnay that perfectly accompanied our meal. Moreover, the accommodation of a serious food allergy was handled with the utmost professionalism, understanding, and grace.

Our three hours at Dogma felt special, and we can't wait to return to see what this exceptionally talented couple do next. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
