More of a place to go see the view. If you want a drink you'll be waiting 20 minutes or more.... seriously not that hard to bartend. Staff doesn't communicate well and talks loudly (yells) at customers. But the views are beautiful!

Amazing views during the day and the evening. Service is prompt and drinks very good. A good spot for a romantic date or with a group.
It gets busy very quickly and consistently, so unless you have booked, you have to rely on luck to grab a table.
I'm not the best at getting photos.

Great atmosphere, great view and friendly staff. I had an aperol which was a bit more expensive than average but definitely worth it, go in the evening and you'll see a great sunset.

Believe the bad reviews. Our waitress was discriminatory. We waited a FULL HOUR before our waitress came to us. She waited on our whole section twice but never came to us. When we asked if we could order, she rolled her eyes 🙄 literally! Like she did not want to wait us. Seriously?!!! I counted how many tables she waited on others in our section and it was at least twice for each table. Disgusting. Literally there is no food here and people mainly order aperol spritz… and our waitress kept telling us they were so busy that we need to wait 10 more minutes… which turned to 1 hour. Also, 3 drinks will cost you 40 euros.

Booking ahead is strongly recommended to secure your spot in this charming yet popular location.

Hemsk Service. 25 minuters väntan kunde inte beställa en drink, och slutligen efter att ha fått en servitris att komma till vårt bord, sa hon att hon inte kunde servera oss drinkar eftersom andra människor hade reservationer och väntade. 1/10 , skulle aldrig gå tillbaka.

Andra gången, fick veta bartendern var upptagen så fick inte beställa en drink i 30 minuter efter att ha suttit. Vackra vyer men absolut aldrig känt sådana fruktansvärda och oförskämd personal.

Om jag kunde betygsätta det 0 som skulle ha varit perfekt för hela upplevelsen. Anledningen till att ALLA lämnar missnöjda är på grund av Servicen. Vi reser hela vägen till Florens för att få en vacker upplevelse. Att bli utskälld för att man vill sitta vänd mot Duomo (inte på andra sidan mot konstruktionen) och betala höga priser är ok. Tog en bild och gick längst bak i kön och den korta servern (inte i form - beskrivande för ägaren och dig - den tunnare servern var super trevlig) skrek åt mig och sa åt mig att radera mitt foto. Det är restaurangpolicy vilket jag inte såg med små bokstäver men hon skrek och ställde till en enorm scen sen fick hennes kollega att både skrika på mig och min dotter framför. Jag sa till henne att jag skulle komma tillbaka då sa att jag måste betala € 5 . Jag ville äta och återvända för att njuta av utsikten men damen var så otäck. När vi åkte ner i hissen sa kunderna att de hade sämst Service av henne också. Och det andra paret vid en annan server. Killar, det spelar ingen roll om utsikten är vacker, känslan du får när du betalar är det som får dig att minnas detta för en livstid. Så att tvinga mig att ta bort fotot och vaka över min telefon är inte bara kraftfullt, pinsamt, ovänligt och bara inte värt att komma hit. För ett alternativ, gå till Tower rooftop bar intill där de behandlar dig med vänlighet och söt och få dig att känna att dina pengar var väl spenderade!

Dessa människor är mycket rasistiska och respektlösa. Först varade de typ 15 minuter för att ta emot vår beställning, sedan när damen kommer ger hon oss också räkningen kvitto och ber oss att lämna och BETALA. Vi var välklädda, gjorde aldrig något oväsen, aldrig något vi var sköta våra egna affärer. Vi är Spanska talare och vi förstår lite av Italienska (mer än vi vill) . . . De ville inte prata med oss vare sig på Spanska eller Engelska och ursäkten att sparka ut oss är att de hade massor av reservationer på väg men folk kom bara in och ut väldigt naturligt. Sedan frågade vi (mycket respektfullt) varför de inte flyttade oss till ett annat bord eller informera i första hand! De började prata med varandra (servitris, kassörska och ägare) och de var definitivt INTE TREVLIGA. De ville inte ha oss där. Märk väl! Detta är plats som behöver turister och vi är amerikaner (två mestis vita hud kvinnor med långt svart hår och afro hår) . Vi betalade för dessa drycker eftersom vi inte behöver dessa pengar, det gör de. Du kan inte tillåta dig att ha detta dåliga beteende och skräp kundservice när du är beroende av turism. Och sist, dessa drycker är inte värt det, för enkel, för grundläggande, kan du hitta en bättre takterrass med snygga och läckra coctails. Du betalar för utsikten. Vilket skulle vara bra om de var trevliga men det är de inte. Mycket dålig upplevelse.

Fantastisk utsikt men oförskämd personal. En stund efter att jag hade satt mig och beställt en drink blev jag tillsagd att flytta så att en större grupp kunde sitta där jag var. Nej snälla, jag satt vid bordet de satte mig vid. När jag flaggade ner servitören för att beställa en andra drink, sa han "Vänta med att beställa. " Återigen, nej tack. Jag var super trevlig eftersom jag tänkte att jag hade fångat honom vid en dålig tidpunkt och han var lite upptagen, men han kom bara aldrig tillbaka lol. Super dyrt också, kom inte hit!

Långsam service och hektisk miljö. Vi bad om att sitta inför Duomo när vi reserverade och personalen vägrade att ge oss ett bord med den utsikten även om det fanns flera fria bord. Vi satt vänd mot väggen i baren. Drycker är för dyrt för vad du får och chefen svär ständigt men resten av personalen var artig. Utsikten är underbar om du sitter i det främre området och den övergripande vibe är trevligt.

Även om utsikten är spektakulär, personalen är otroligt oförskämd. Även om vi hade en reservation, blev vi tillsagda att vänta inne i 30 minuter för ett bord utanför utan någon servicepersonal väntar på oss. Vår grupp ville ta några bilder av utsikten medan vi väntade, och en särskild servitris bestämde sig för att tala dåligt om "de där amerikanska flickorna tar upp plats med för många bilder" på italienska. . . vi studerar utomlands studenter med många flickor läser avancerad italienska. 10 minuter efter vår 2: a omgången av drycker samma servitris kom över med vår räkning (ouppmanad) att berätta för oss att de hade en annan reservation och vi måste lämna. Platsen var halvtom vid denna punkt och vi var bortom respektlös att spendera 13 euro mer på en subpar spritz. Spara dina pengar, hoppa över den oförskämda personalen och se de andra vackra hustaken.

Även om atmosfären kan tilltala en yngre publik, kanske erfarna resenärer föredrar att stanna till en kort stund för att beundra den fantastiska utsikten över Duomo innan de fortsätter till en mer kurerad middag eller cocktailupplevelse någon annanstans.

Tyvärr valde vår familj att gå till denna takterrass bar för en after dinner drink. Efter att ha hittat ett bord dök ingen upp för att hämta vår beställning. När min son försökte ta en drink i baren sa bartendern att han måste beställa från bordet. Under tiden gick jag till badrummet som inte fungerade och hade inga pappershanddukar. Vi bestämde att det skulle vara bäst att lämna och när vi försökte , de bad oss att betala för fotot som vi tog i väntan på någon att ta vår beställning. Vi gav dem glatt lite pengar bara för att komma därifrån så vi kunde fortsätta vår familj Italien äventyr. Gå inte till denna takterrass bar. Massor av andra underbara platser!

Gå inte hit! Vi försökte beställa i baren men fick veta att vi var tvungna att vänta på bordsservering. Efter att ha väntat i över 20 minuter utan att någon närmade sig oss, bestämde vi oss för att lämna. För att göra saken värre, de vägrade att låta oss gå tills vi köpte en drink. Oprofessionellt, ovänligt och helt ovälkomnande. Vi kommer inte att återvända.

Jag tog en drink i solnedgången. Spektakulär utsikt! Härlig kväll i april. Nästa gång jag kommer att försöka få en bokning eller komma tidigare för att få det perfekta bordet. Det är dyrt. Tjänsten är långsam. Personalen är överväldigad. Utsikten är den viktigaste upplevelsen. Gå inte hungrig eller törstig och du kommer att bli bra.

Denna bar har en fantastisk utsikt över Florens inklusive den närliggande katedralen. Det är också mycket centralt. Vi har haft vårt besök, dryckerna var trevliga & personalen var tillmötesgående. Det är definitivt värt ett besök på en trevlig dag för en avkopplande cocktail.

Jag gick hit innan med några vänner och hade en stor upplevelse och sedan andra gången jag kom hit med min pojkvän alla två personers bord var upptagna så vi satt vid ett fyra personers bord. Servitören fortsatte att få oss att flytta och erbjöd i princip upp vårt bord så att andra människor kunde sitta där. Sen när vi skulle åka gick jag och fotade med kameran och hon sa att jag inte fick när bokstavligen alla andra gjorde det. Jag rekommenderar inte att det finns så många andra bättre barer att gå till där personalen förmodligen inte är oförskämd och respektlös

Vi väntade 40 minuter bara för att beställa två glas vin - fruktansvärd service. Atmosfären är inte heller den bästa, billiga möbler och brist på personal. Inkompetenta personer arbetar här, inget system. Riktigt tråkig upplevelse.
