This was my second extended stay at the hotel, and I must say that I noticed a decline in the level of service provided. While walking from the spa to the swimming pool changing room to use the facilities, I encountered an older male employee who spoke to me in a rude manner. He raised his voice and insisted that I could not wear my fitness shoes in that area as it would create a mess. I believe that this interaction could have been handled more politely and respectfully, without the need for raised voices or offensive language.

My overall experience in this hotel was very outstanding, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, our breakfasts were delicious and the staff in the hotel were top class. I would like to make a special mention to a gentleman called Wojciech who was the Portier in the Hotel, from start to finish he made us feel welcomed and looked after, specially during our checkout when we encountered mechanical difficulties with our vehicle ... during a public holiday. My wife and I are foreigners and do not speak Polish and Wojciech went above and beyond his duties to help us troubleshoot our issue, call our insurance to have them sent us a tow truck, made us comfortable in the lobby while we waited and was very detailed oriented during our stressful situation. The cherry on the cake, he served as our interpreter with the tow truck driver and called a comfortable taxi to get us to the train station comfortably so we could go back home. If it were possible, I would give this Hotel six stars just out of the outstanding care and costumer focused approach which Wojciech demonstrated to us. We will definitely return and we hope to meet Wojciech once more.

It's so annoying that you have to pay for everything you're supposed to have.  In addition, on the beach you have to pay 50 Polish valute for seat as well.  There is also bad internet in the room.  breakfast was not included even though we paid 8400 for two rooms and 4 nights

Staff lacks basic manners: treats clients like potential thieves, they (all 3 ladies at reception/front desk) don’t understand or speak basic English and keep on asking clients to repeat themselves they are also not familiar with the billing system and are not able to distinguish between various items ordered

One very spare and mostly out of stock menu available for their alla carte restaurant in which costs a fortune and room service menu.  They served starters without bread and called it a misunderstanding then reluctantly took half an hour to bring it

WiFi:  mostly poor I consistent connection

Only one lift working

Bathrooms in need of renovation - old, also can’t bath due to leaking traps and lights out in places

Not paying attention to detail in rooms we had a blind remote missing this pitch dark bedroom for most of our stay and no turn down which us disappointing

The bedding is of especially bad quality.
