This food court is amazing. Wow! Best food! I ate raw octopus with olive oil and herbs and raw tuna from three different cuts from a tuna’s fish body. My girlfriend had boquerones en vinegar which is white anchovies in vinegar and a small tuna poke bowl. The rice in her poke bowl was old and hard so she didn’t eat it, but the rest of the ingredients were tasty and fresh. The downside was we went Sunday afternoon and it was beyond packed. Elbow to elbow walking through. And the prices to portion sizes. We each got two items for a total of four and it cost 60 euros about 15 euros per item. If the portion were bigger, it would be worth it, as the quality was amazing. The portions are tiny which you can see ahead of time so no one to blame but ourselves. We when and ate somewhere else after.

Delicious food! We ate our way from start to finish at this market with an amazing selection of Spanish food. From paella to pastries to cheese and meats to egg dishes to olives and so much more (there were even amazing hamburgers). All foods have small portions (tapas style), which made it perfect for sharing and tasting! It gets crowded so be sure to wear a fanny pack on your front to prevent pickpocketing and if you can go in off hours, that would be better. There are standing counters along the perimeter where you can eat as well as some smaller tables throughout. A must visit when you’re in Madrid! Go hungry!

Visited a few times now and despite how crowded it gets in the evening it’s still very much worth it. It’s very pricey but serves as a premium market stall with good vibes and excellent diversity of great food & drinks.

In my experience the daytime has more tourists but is more manageable, the evenings can get incredibly busy but if you’re in a small group this is great and I strongly recommend everyone to go at least once!
