Exceptional value for the quality of cuisine. Flawless execution of the dishes and stunning presentation!  Such a delightful lunch coupled with gracious and professional service.  A well deserved Michelin ⭐️ I look forward to returning to experience their other tasting menus.

I got treated to this famous one Michelin Star restaurant. We arrived at 9:30pm to find the place quite empty. I must admit we were surprised by the deco which was more like a cheerful young cafe / workplace than a famous Michelin star restaurant. Food, on the other hand, was quite experimental, both in terms of ingredients used especially local ones, & presentation. As expected, dishes are served in quite an arty way, with various crockery & cutlery to complement the different dishes, which was basically what we paid & came for.  I was particularly impressed with the appetisers especially Pumpkin & truffle brûlée, the artichoke custard was good too. On the following five courses, I particularly like the presentation of the steamed cabbage with mollusk sauce & salmon roe. Monkfish was possibly my favourite of them all both in terms of look & taste. Pigeon, on the other hand, was a bit of a let down. Didn’t find anything special, foie very raw with strong liver taste. Service was attentive, but intros to the various dishes was too brief, could have been explained with a little more details especially in terms of ingredients used, & less of a mumble.

You absolutely must give it a try! You will be extremely delighted by the end of the meal. The quality of the food and the service are exceptional. We will definitely choose Fraula when we return to Valencia next time. Thank you for the incredible experience.

Had a New Year Lunch here. What a great place to start a tasty year! The interior is modest and very classy in the same time, a lot of space and calm ambience. Quite large tables and comfortable chairs. The food was very good. Innovative, still with strong roots in tradition. Tasting menu well composed. Local produce used. Just two people were serving and it was a great service. Very much recommended to visit when in Valencia!

We booked this restaurant for a very special occasion as a family ,we came with our grd parents, parents and our 2 young kids (we even called the restaurant prior, to confirm we could come with them).

The service was really disapointing as we felt like we were bothering them all along,no smile, i felt the kids were the issue despite them behaving well.

I personnally could not even focus on the food as i was feeling uncomfortable the all time. Service is very important and I would have expected more profesionalism

Gick till denna restaurang på min sista kväll i Valencia. Jag valde Fraula-menyn och ångrade mig inte en sekund. Alla rätter var bra, packade med smak. Ägarna och de andra i personalen jag träffade, var också verkligen fantastisk och knowlegable. Sammantaget hade jag en helt underbar kväll att minnas länge.

Min fru och jag besöker Valencia från Vancouver. En vän hade föreslagit Fraula och vi bestämde oss för att äta lunch. Bokning gjordes några dagar innan med lätthet. Våra förväntningar var höga men inte orimligt höga. Från början hälsades vi varmt och visades till vårt bord. Det är en liten matsal men vi kände att vi hade tillräckligt med utrymme och integritet och kunde samtala utan avbrott eller distraktioner. Lunchen bestod av, tror jag, 5 rätter, och var och en var enastående. Vi blev förvånade över att lära sig att ägarna serverade och enkelt ta hand om våra alla behov, inklusive rekommendera viner för oss. Vi har ätit ute på många restauranger i hela Spanien och vår måltid igår kväll i Fraula är definitivt bland de bästa. Det är en vacker restaurang med ren minimal inredning som låter all uppmärksamhet, ganska förtjänt, fokusera på maten. Vi älskade att kunna se in i det orörda modernt kök och se ett tydligt begåvat team som arbetar i harmoni för att producera spektakulär mat. Förrätten var små himmelbitar, vackert presenterade och spännande moderna vändningar på klassiska spanska ingredienser med några asiatiska inslag. Huvudrätter och puddingar var lika underbara, och vinlistan innehöll ett bra urval av spanska viner i mittenkvalitet. Tjänsten var också enastående. Det var också verkligen rimligt prissatt för upplevelsens kvalitet. Vi kunde verkligen inte fel det. Restaurangen har bara varit öppen i två månader, gå så snart som möjligt, Fraula kommer säkert att bli av Valencias mest eftertraktade restaurangreservation. Grattis till kockarna och deras team!
