Never easy to get a reservation but worth the effort. The restaurant lies in a beautiful countryside location surrounded by green mountains. The building itself in stone is rustic but charming. The food is honest, well portioned, extremely produce centric, and fully leveraging the chef’s mastery of the grill, with little extra interventions. A truly memorable gastronomic experience. Probably the best besugo I have ever had.

Of course I came to say that we had a great time. We were so happy with the food, the staff and the location. We were especially impressed with the elaboration and work that went into the ingredients of the dishes as well as the finished dishes themselves.

This was my second time, full of expectations and still it was as amazing as the first one.
Cannot be compared with anything else.

One of my greatest deceptions. Please note that I ate in more then 100 Michelin restaurants. This one does not deserve its star. Only the prawn was good, the lobster was gummy, the steak was impossible to chew. In another restaurant, they would not charge for the steak that was not eaten. They charged me in advance while making the reservation but I spent less and for two months, they still didn't pay me the difference. Thinking that I waited 3 years to be able to make a resevation and I drove hundreds of miles just to go there, waste of time.
