Etoile was one of the best meals my wife and I have had in some time, the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks were all meticulously curated to provide a perfect experience.  The atmosphere is one of creativity that trickles into every aspect of the meal, we will certainly be back again!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were superb and food some of the best we have had. Plenty of wow factor and worthy of the accolades.

At Etoile it's not just the food that is amazing, it's a full experience as soon as you enter the door. The staff are very service minded without being too much or too stiff. The place is cozy and you get comfortable immediately. The dining room is open and airy. The food is intelligent unique and most important delicious.  The wine pairing is great and matches the flavour and story of the fantastic food! The staff are all very knowledgeable and nothing is left to chance. Will remember this night for a very long time and we truly hope that they get the aspirational second Michelin star.  Thank you Jonas and team we will be back soon!

A gem run by a passionate and talented team. With restaurants like this, it is easy to walk away sometimes with a sense of “it was a good experience, I think” but nothing memorable that would come to mind but Etoile isn’t one of them. It was a consistent strong service throughout - amazingly umami mushroom consume, deeply rich & savoury brûlée, tender spring lamb, and refreshingly tangy sea buckthorn/mandarin cocktail (had 3!) etc. As with any relationships, get to know the team (and other guests) and I am sure your experience will be elevated.

In all honestly, dinner for two with welcoming drink and drink menu for 8500 SEK and both of us come home hungry. Sure, things taste differently but we never ever during the course of the dinner felt satisfied or content. It felt more of a wine tasing than dinner. The atmosphere was kind of dull as well…plenty of other much more modern, better and valuable restaurants in Stockholm.
